I mean don’t put words in my mouth I have not said he’s a wonderful striker and my post clearly lists signing him in the first place as the main mistake. He’s never been prolific but he can put himself around a be a pain the arse at least, like he did last night. I wouldn’t say he’s done that for us I’d say he’s been considerably less effective for us than every other club he’s been at. Which is some effort as you’ve pointed out, Like a lot of the players we sign, because as good/bad effective any of them are there is no indentity or footballing plan in our approach to building a squad and a effective manager to implement that approach.
