Pound for pound he’s probably been the best coach/manager in that division since his appointment.

No chance.

There are more impressive jobs. Mousinho at Portsmouth for one. Only 4 points behind Wednesday now in fact. Nobody thought Portsmouth would stay up.

Coventry were 17th when Lampard took over in November. They'll probably finish in the play offs on Saturday.

Wouldn’t pay for anyone last summer before Cooper and I can’t see it this summer either

Not beyond the realms that Sheff Weds have breached his contract on several occassions.

Football insider is the original source?

Pretty sure Football Insider’s source is FoxesTalk.

The circle of nonsense.

If you look at the original article, Mick Brown has the byline and also refers to himself in the 3rd person in the text. So he is both the author and the the source. He even describes himself as being very well connected within the game. Did he interview himself? Did he sit on one side of a table to ask the questions and then move to the other side to answer them? At the end of the interview did he shake hands with himself and politely wish himself a good journey home?

I'm now imagining Mick Brown cutting about the Football insider office referring to himself in the third person like he's The Rock doing a 90s WWF interview segment lol

Journo 1: Mick, is that article done yet?

MB: Who, iiin the blue hell are you? Shut up jabroni, the people's chief scout is talking.

Fiiiiiiinnnnnnaaaallllly, Mick Brown has come back...... to Blackburn. Mick Brown has something to say, about Danny Rohl rumours, and the Football insider website editor asking if Mick Brown has a source for Mick Browns story. Who is this rudy-poo jabroni, to question theeee most electrifying man in Football and Journalism? The FI editor needs to take those questions, bring them home, shine them up real nice, turn them 90 degrees sideways, attach them to Mick Browns unsubstantiated Danny Rohl article, take them to the website server and stick them up it's candy assss. If yooooooouuuu smmmmmmeeelllll, what Mick Brown....is cooking (attempts to raise a single eyebrow and his glasses fall off).

I wouldn't be against him. Maybe we're appealing to him because despite being run by clowns, like Wednesday, we have more money and better players

Would love it to be Rohl, feel he could build and give us a chance in a year or two to stay up in the Premier League.

I'm convinced however, we will end up with Russell Martin, who will do us absolute fine next season and then we crash and burn the fowlling year.

One of the few managers I'd have any interest in for next season.

We'll get Martin though as it's the easiest option for Rudkin and Nepo baby.

why does everyone think hes defo coming here, Rangers are meant to be looking at him too, and they are in a far better state than us and career wise for Martin that would be a good one, potential trophies and european football as well

even Id go there over us atm

Wednesdays squad is a lot weaker than Coventrys. It’s a right mess.

Mousinho has done an outstanding job, probably better than Rohl yes.

If there is ANY chance of us getting him, Powell, Pederson and Lense we should be moving heaven and earth to secure them.

Its as simple as that.

EDIT: Salvatore Bibbo is an outstanding GK coach too, appointed by Rohl.

Not for me. Unless he's obsessed with possession football at all costs and encourages defenders to keep passing it between themselves until they lose the ball and concede....I'm not interested.
