Yes and no. Still think the ownership c**k up costing them the Europa League will sting

True - though I do think the ruling around that was very unfair on them.

Notice how Crystal Palace are going after El Khannouss and not 20 g+a Josh Brownhill who many of our fans cream their pants over.

Ability over numbers/experience every day of the week.

Do you notice how Crystal Palace play in the PL, don't have a points deduction hanging over them and can afford £30m for a young talented player?

Like it or not, Josh Brownhill may likely be the best we can attract and even that is a push. Palace don't have that same issue.

This won't move as fast as people hope/think.

Eze still training perfectly well with Palace this morning.

Palace have reportedly agreed the deal with us....but that's as far as it's gone, apparently. They are said to be looking at other options, aswell.

Palace will most probably play Eze on Thursday in the Europe game.

Can see this rolling into the weekend, easy.

Palace also retain interest in Dibling and according to Rob Dorsett aren’t yet fully committed. This isn’t over.

It's more in response to how our fans are disrespecting El Khannouss based on his stats and pointing out that there is a reason they are going for El Khannouss despite there being players with more goals and assists available.

I love how you've all started convincing yourself BEK is crap because he's obviously leaving lol

He's an extremely talented footballer with a pretty high ceiling. He'll have a good top flight career.

Did this exact thing not happen with Mads too?

People were genuinely saying they’d start Jakub over him.

Exactly this.

I hadn’t actually prepared myself for several years in the Championship but I guess I’m going to have to.

The glory days really are over now and we are back to what we’ve always been…..a club that will occasionally go up but definitely come back down again 😢

There are ways to manage a club....

There's a right way, a wrong way and then there's a the Rudkin way.

I'd take staying in the championship for a few seasons over the depths I think we will actually sink to in the relatively near future 😂

Makes sense for everyone involved tbf, he is our best creative player but for 30m we can find multiple other options and we do recruit well when we aren’t scouting premier league years on sky. Think he needs a couple years as a rotation option which he will get at palace. Go grab Rego and Brownhill for next to nothing and this looks way way better, I’d do BEK for 30m +Brownhill+Rego

Assuming Rudders takes a well deserved long weekend off after securing the deal, it'll give him a week to get in the players we need that will provide goals and assists.
