Howell is a much better footballer from a technical perspective than Watson, and i'll say with certainty he will have a better career.

 

I'm not sure how tall Watson was a couple of years ago, but he looks like he has had a growth spurt and has lost any ability to co-ordinate his legs.

Howell was not great when he came on today but has shown some quality previously for us so at least has some leeway.

It's not just the sheer utter incompetence today, it's his reaction of not looking to give a **** when he was making all these poor decisions/plays. 

 

Top athletes are trained to not dwell on mistakes, I get that, but this goes beyond that.

 

I'd be disappointed playing like he did with mates at 5 aside and would have shown more remorse.

 

Type of bloke that would run over an animal in his car and wouldn't blink.
