Phube Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 I don't realy care either way about Liverpool, but just because of all this quite frankly disgusting Gerrard love, I hope they lose today!
J.Lisemore Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 Predicted Palace would win, looking on the cards at the moment! Bolasie is quality.
lcfcsnow Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 Feel for big Sam at West Haaaaaaam, surely he hasn't done that bad a job? Are a West Ham really going to do any better? The premier league would be a better place without Allardyce and Pulis sides, I'd hate to be a fan of any side they manage would just be counting down the days till they left, very similar to how I felt with Megson here.
Vacamion Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 Raheem S runs up blind alley after blind alley. On this form, he shouldn't be getting anywhere near the England team.
Corky Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 Someone on here (can't remember who, apologies) said that the Liverpool home result should go in amongst our poorest and they're spot on.
Jaspa Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 Laughing at your own team losing. What a cvnt. I laughed at the Deeney thing tbh. Couldnt quite believe it (I wasnt there though)
shailen Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 On the last day of the 2008/09 season, three north east clubs (Hull, Sunderland & Newcastle) were fighting it out for Premier League Survival. Hull played Man United, as this year, Sunderland played Chelsea, as this year, and Newcastle played a team in claret and blue, as this year. In 2008/09, Hull stayed up
Tielemans63 Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 At least Gerrard can take consolation from the fact he's joining a better team in the summer. Sterling has to be one of the most overrated players on the planet. All pace and no brain cells.
ScouseFox Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 "Every kid wants to grow up and be Steven Gerrard". Never a truer word spoken by carragher there. Legend. Don't get why anyone would hate him. Hero. One of the best players of any generation, let alone this one.
Jimothy Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 Emotional scenes at Anfield. Not sure how they'll replace such a legend!
lgfualol Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 Got a lump in my throat when he was doing his farewell speech. As much as I enjoy people losing other than us, he is a legend and the only reason I had Liverpool as my second team growing up. Liverpool are going to struggle next season I think.

Webbo Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 Gerrard was/is a legend. such a shame he couldn't end with a win.
J.Lisemore Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 You can tell he's such a humble normal guy too, he probably doesn't want all this fuss. And very true by the way, I for one as a kid always had Gerrard down as a role model.
Vulpecula Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 I think the Palace result was superb! I really don't get the media hype over Stevie Me tbh. Maybe it's a politically correct thing, to give lots of attention to the scousers?

Mikey Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 Haven't got a bad word to say about Gerrard, loved him growing up. Sad he's leaving the Prem really, don't think they'll be another player like him for a long, long time. Legend.

bovril Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 He's a great player (being generous with the word 'great') and probably a decent guy. The media hype is complete bullshit but I guess that's not his fault. Fair play to him going to America, sounds like a great gig.
Phube Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 I have always referred Lampard by a country mile... Gerrard has nearly always been a let down for England.
blueharmie Posted 16 May 2015 Posted 16 May 2015 Gerrard was/is a legend. such a shame he couldn't end with a win. Glad he lost. Good player. What he ever done for England or me?? Nothing. Go to America and earn some dollar.
