DeclanMC Posted 1 November 2014 Share Posted 1 November 2014 The only man to break the silence for Leicester was Bernie, witnessed him in G2.

Saxondale Posted 1 November 2014 Share Posted 1 November 2014 Twats. Don't understand why anybody would do that. Bernie is sort of exempt because he's genuinely mentally ill.
DennisNedry Posted 1 November 2014 Share Posted 1 November 2014 Disgusting from them to be honest. I was happy with how our fans didn't start shouting back at them.

MarshallForEngland Posted 1 November 2014 Share Posted 1 November 2014 Wtf? They sang for a few seconds and stopped once they realised what was happening. It was one of the better observed ones from what I could hear.
Ashley Posted 1 November 2014 Share Posted 1 November 2014 Actual wankers who sang through it. The nerve of wba fans to boo leicester fans for not clapping the minute applause. I clapped for Jeff though.
SMX11 Posted 1 November 2014 Share Posted 1 November 2014 It happens every year, the main reason is that the PA system is so shit you can't hear the instructions.
stevelcfc Posted 1 November 2014 Share Posted 1 November 2014 I was absolutely fuming, is it too hard for people for people to shut up for 60 seconds to consider those who have died in combat? Also, the minutes silence should also mean you get off your phone, Twitter will still be there after its completed!!!
Matt Posted 1 November 2014 Share Posted 1 November 2014 It happens every year, the main reason is that the PA system is so shit you can't hear the instructions. This, however common sense should prehaps make you realise what is happening. On the other hand, and this doesn't justify it, they should keep quiet and respect it but perhaps they think the silence will kick in after the last post is played. stevelcfc Posted 1 November 2014 Share Posted 1 November 2014 It happens every year, the main reason is that the PA system is so shit you can't hear the instructions. That's not the case though, its pretty ****ing obvious! The players stand in a huddle. The stadium goes silent. And just for those who may not have been aware before hand, we have a helicopter and soldier lining the side of the pitch so there is no excuse. Dan LCFC Posted 1 November 2014 Share Posted 1 November 2014 Sad indictment on society in general that a minutes 'silence' fails more often than not.
Mark_w Posted 1 November 2014 Share Posted 1 November 2014 Should the FA take action against West Brom for their fans signing through a minutes silence for our war heroes? I was disgusted I didn't hear an awful lot after the bit at the start because I'm not that near to the away end. If they were signing the whole way through then yes, that's a bit disgusting. But I don't see why the FA would need to take action. You can't force someone to observe a minutes silence, you certainly shouldn't be punishing them for breaking it, even if they are twats they haven't actually harmed anyone. leftbackinthechangingroom Posted 1 November 2014 Share Posted 1 November 2014 Wtf? They sang for a few seconds and stopped once they realised what was happening. It was one of the better observed ones from what I could hear. It wasn't just a few seconds though they sang shut up for about 10 seconds then started again from what I could hear. Wound me up a lot
Fox92 Posted 1 November 2014 Share Posted 1 November 2014 Are you sure like some Leicester fans don't make noise because this happens every year.
Jonaldinho Posted 1 November 2014 Share Posted 1 November 2014 It happens every year, the main reason is that the PA system is so shit you can't hear the instructions. You don't need instructions to know that you shouldn't sing through the Last Post. As someone else mentioned, it was fairly ironic of WBA fans to boo us for not observing their minutes applause when some of their fans couldn't maintain a minute's silence in remembrance of WW1. EnglishOxide Posted 1 November 2014 Share Posted 1 November 2014 Most of the noise came from people coming up from the concourse. Singing and in good spirits, unaware that there was a minutes silence going on. So calm down you bunch of twats. Every year. http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/west-bromwich-albion-family-hit-8034699 They're not happy with us either. As for this. They can go **** off. Most people wouldn't have known or given a shit what the applause was even for. The world doesn't bend over for you.
