Kramaric

So he missed a couple of chances and chipped it into a keepers hands in his limited playing time... So what? It shows arrogance/confidence which is what you want from a striker. You'd be frigging yourself silly if they came off. He has also bagged a few goals and shown quality in the final third with the right service.

If he can't get those kind of things right first time, you'd have to say he'll not be great, though, only... decent.

To be fair to Kramaric. We all know he can score and we all know that the reason he hasn't been picked is because we like to press from the front and that was not his style perhaps because he didn't have to in Croatia as he scored so many. Well today he showed in a very limited spell that he can put in a shift. Tracking back when they were through near the end and that is why I genuinely believe that Kramaric will come good and I mean unplayable good if he keeps that attitude, well done Kram and well done the coaching team who will have the stats fed into some software that shows exactly how much he ran and will be relayed to Ranieri. We lost today but you know what this may just be our year

Hopefully the situation with Kram is like the one with Albrighton last year where he was kept out until he learnt to play to our style. Saw this on twitter about Kram and Inler having extra training sessions on Wednesday.

Dont know how reliable it is, just thought I should post it

Fair play to him for sprinting all the way back, gone way up in my estimations because of that.

Shows a great attitude and one we expect of our players, must be frustrating not getting in the team but proves he is willing to work to get in

If the rumours are true that Vardy is having an op in Jan, kram needs a chance! Play him against Man city from the off instead of Okazaki and see what he's got!

If he's still here by then I'm sure he'll start in a strong team against spurs in the cup. No need to risk him in the league unless Ranieri is seeing something he really likes in training.

Vardy always starts obv.  Our "second" strikers have had half a season now and done not much.  At.  All.  Bear in mind that their combined 4 goals have come by two Shinji goals from about a yard out and a header where the marking allowed Ulloa to make a cup of tea and read the paper before picking his spot from 6 yards.

Time for Kram to start I think.

Suspect the second striker position will be looked at by Claudio and the team. We haven't found the right answer yet for me.

Calling it now too: Ulloa to Brighton in the summer.

Would love to see him getting a run in the side, really rate him. Vardy's the main man but he's pulled up a few times this season with niggling injuries, to be fair he's always carried on but I have my serious doubts he'll be able to go the distance with the way he plays. Oki hasn't played as a main striker but his goal scoring record as the main attack at previous clubs wasn't exactly prolific and Ulloa just doesn't seem to be at the races.

I hope kram get's a good run in the cup because if Vardy gets an injury we're really gonna struggle for goals and I for one believe this boy can do it.

Up the foxes.

Nothing will convince me Shinji's a natural striker. I've seen plenty of him and he's no more than 5/10 in all the vital aspects.

With Kramaric he really hasn't had much of a chance but the club will have seen plenty of him in training and if he's worse (as a striker) than Shinji it'd be about as bright as putting Kaebi in the team for all the senseless plugging he got.

I've got to the stage where I don't care about the arguments one way or the other. Just bring in two good, hard-working strikers and get on with it.     Surely we've had time to make the right contacts because the problem has been apparent long enough. Ulloa's okay but doesn't have all the qualities we need as a starter.

Again , somebody comes on for a few minutes, again in a losing cause, and some just want to crucify.

We lose one game from many, where only the defence can say they had a reasonable game, 6-7 players

a few notches below their expected form, and then some posters cant resist in lambasting individuals.

Why are people trying to make a big deal about him putting in that block? So what he made that run, he only played for 10 minutes. And it was called offside anyway so it didn't matter.

Just so everyone is aware he has played 15 games in the Premier League now. He hasn't done much to prove he should be played. This isn't off 10 minutes.

597'. That's the equivalent of 6 2/3 complete games, the equivalent of 3 complete games less than Shinji has played.

If Kram got his chance, Shinji definitely did.

Got to admit Okazaki's beginning to annoy me a bit now. I get that he has his uses in the team but he seems to carry so little threat or creativity most of the time. Expected him to have a bit more ability than he has.

I can't see Kramaric making it here. I hope he does but I don't think it'll happen.

Because it's an indicator of attitude, he could have given it up. But as a striker to end up being the last man back to put in a block with seconds to go for what looked like a certain goal is commendable.

To get a run in the team it's that attitude the manager will want to see. Shinj Is playing in these games due to work rate, getting back, disrupting opposition, tackling... NOT because Ranieri thinks he's a goal threat. When we've played "easier" games, Leo has often come in as he knows we don't need to tracking back quite as much.

hoping Vardy is fit for Tuesday, if so I would like him upfront with Kram or Ulloa

just to add I am not the biggest fan of Kram but I think we should give him some game time between now and the end of Jan just to see if he can really cut it in the Prem before trying to sell him off if he can't.
