Absolute hate Rooney and all England related coaches and staff who say he is world class and gets picked on no basis whatsoever.

He has done nothing this season and any other player wouldn't even get a mention to get in the squad.

But he'll go to France play shit and round we go again

Thought Chelsea would've won that if Costa was playing.

Rooney is so clearly past it. Surely even Roy can't come up with a valid reason to play him instead of Vardy and Kane. Surely not

This, and I hope we don't play him... Vardy and Kane are now far above him

Not defending Rooney, who has been poor (although just as poor as nearly all other outfield Manchester United player) this season, but he played upfront on his own again. He can't do that job, he's not that player.

Personally hope Spurs do win the premier league. On another note Rooney has shown again how awful he really is.

If City fall to the wayside, then like you would hope spurs win it, then Arsenal.

But its a mute point, because we are already destined to be 2016 double winners

WE WILL MAKE king Dick proud of us, then the old NCP carpark will be far more famous

a pilgram destination as Stonehenge.....

Please no . Only palace winning would be worse IMO

Personally, I'd hate any London team to win it. Mainly because I live down here and surrounded by yiddos, gooners and Chelski fans. Would much rather either of the Manchester or Merseyside teams won the PL if it's not us...

i think the spurs manager is one of the best around. His philosophy on football is epic. Yes, he does have a great bunch of players playing for him but he's got them playing really well.

That being said, people saying "I hope Spurs win it" are mental. We will be top of the league if we win tomorrow!!! Let's keep the faith!!

Spurs struggled to beat a 10 man Watford today and lost at home to an awful Newcastle side whom we battered 3-0. I wouldn't be heralding them as title winners just yet.

 

I'm not sure they've got the team everyone is making out, they've a bunch of overrated kids that automatically get picked for England because Woy supports them and Spurs fans themselves admit Lamela is a poor man's Mahrez.

I just watched the Everton - Stoke match on Game of the Day; personally I think that is a penalty. He may get a touch on the ball but that doesn't make it a clean tackle. He doesn't take the ball away from Arnautovic at all and he's still getting on the end of it if he isn't felled.

 

Contact seems to be the be all and end all for some people. I put 'I touched the ball so it's not a foul' with 'he touched me so I had a right to go down'.
