Countryfox Posted 6 October 2015 Posted 6 October 2015 So we've gone from panicking over whether he'd get a work permit last January and be blocked from joining to binning him off to any old Championship shite for a few months. Yes cus he isn't performing and because he isn't performing he doesn't get picked ... If not picked (quite rightly) how do we know if he is good enough ... so what else is there ??

Don't agree that going to the press about it is the right way to go about it though and I'd imagine he'll probably be off in January. It's a shame but it happens.

I wouldn't blame him if he has tried to talk to Ranieri and he has been given no feedback on what to do or how to improve but if he has gone to the press first then its the wrong way to go and needs to talk with Ranieri and make his feelings known. I still think he can come good because he has shown good movement and awareness in his play its just the lack of goals and his decision making which needs to be fine tuned. Hopefully he will try and fight for his place like Knockaert did, albeit with more success then Knockaert.

Don't get too down about it .... we've still got Kante (fantastic buy), and Mahrez (fantastic buy) ..... And Dyer (great loan !) .... and James to come back ... And our centre forward plays for England !!! And we're 5th in the Prem !!!!!!!!

He also needs to ask himself 1) why he doesnt take his goal scoring chances when presented and 2) would he have tackled back a la Okazaki to win the ball leading to our second goal at Norwich. I like Krameric and think he has real potential, but his all round game is poor at the moment. Okay if you are scoring, but if you are messing up chances you've only got yourself to blame for not being in the team.

I don't think you can say that until we've seen him in a consecutive run of games, it's hard to make an impression in 10 mins off the bench once a month. I also think that if we look back to last seasons Arsenal game when he was up front alone he did put a shift in, which shows he can be more than the luxury player some are calling him.
Livid Posted 7 October 2015 Posted 7 October 2015 The jury is out on Shinji for me as a goalscorer, but I understand with his work rate what he brings to the team. I think Kramaric has real ability, the way he left Collins for dead in the West Ham game was sublime. We've been doing well so far, i'm sure due to tactics/injury/form his chance will come he just needs to take it.

We will need krama then and he needs to realise that. vardy's knee goes at carrow road and things suddenly look a bit different ?? we could let him go out on loan but I think he's needed here as an option. If we sign another striker in jan then he's probably looking at the door unless it's an ulloa type player.

It is a long season, and no one expects those two to play every game. Problem is Ulloa is ahead of him too.I think the 'focus on defense' issue is that we defend from the front, closing down and attacking everything. That probably isn't his style of game. I say probably, because we've not seen him play enough. But we need every player to give 100%, and we can't afford luxury players. Maybe when we reach 40 points we can relax and he can get a run of games.

How dare he be disillusioned after moving countries and the manager who signed him leaves and then he doesn't even get on the bench at times. I'd be pissed off too, whether it's right or wrong. I personally think he could still succeed here but it's in the balance right now. He believes in himself but we've heard about how his confidence took a battering at Zagreb when he wasn't playin much an he hit struggled to make an impact. I hope he's given some more chances because I'm not that enamoured with Okazaki at the minute who could quite easily find himself in the position Kramaric is in. Both haven't hit the ground running with us and although it's early days I think one player is getting way more favorable treatment than the other.
