If Studge stays fit it looks like it's going to be between Ings and Vardy for that 5th striking spot at the Euro's.

Think Rooney, Kane, Sturridge, Welbeck, Walcott (utility player) will almost certainly be chosen over Vardy / Ings if they're all fit for euros. Would love Vardy to prove them wrong and make it impossible to not pick him though.

If Ings had of signed for someone like Sunderland or Newcastle and had the record he has this season, he would be no way near the squad!

To be fair, inexplicably Ings didn't play for Liverpool in the first month of the season and has 2 in 3 since coming into the side,

He's playing very well,

Kane is the one who should be missing out, he scored one offside goal and comes out with a claim saying he's answered his one season wonder critics with one goal!! Muppet

But he's scored in his last 2 England games, doesn't that count for something? If he had scored 10 PL goals this season but doesn't ever score for England should he still be in the squad over a player who scores goals internationally but less so at club level? Let's face it, Kane will be in as he's scoring for England most times he plays right now.

Good point, Welbeck had totally slipped my mind haha. Vardy probably just has to stay fit and he'll make it by default given the injury prone nature of English strikers.

Thank god Vardy's in.

How are Kane and Ings in and Sturridge isn't lol

I think it's more to do with the fact he's just come back from injury (and to stop him falling apart and ****ing things up long term) rather than they think Ings is a better choice.

Vardy, Ings and Berahino will all push the likely 5.  It only takes an injury or perhaps Welbeck not starting many games for Arsenal for Vardy to stand a real chance of making it.
