foxfanazer Posted 23 January 2016 Share Posted 23 January 2016 Mahrez and Vardy say hiKante's more consistent than Mahrez and altough Vardy is unreal for us I don't think you could call him world class. Kante could walk into most/any club in the world and not look out of place imo

yag101 Posted 24 January 2016 Share Posted 24 January 2016 As I said two weeks ago, "Kante is the best box to box midfielder in the world." Think Pogba will want to have a word with you.
FireFox Posted 24 January 2016 Share Posted 24 January 2016 Think Pogba will want to have a word with you. Pogba and Vidal too, sure, many would argue they're better. I never said Kante was unarguably the best. They're mostly playing in a midfield 5 (or 3). They're also playing in teams full of world class talent. And they're highly rated (and deservedly so) for their goals, assists, etc. - which just isn't really too much part of Kante's game, so he goes underrated. Sooper Steve's shin Posted 24 January 2016 Share Posted 24 January 2016 Incredible, his desire to make tackles, intercept and win back possession followed by starting attacking moves, all seem to be in his dna. Once his passing reaches the next level, i think we have a worldy on our hands, really love the guy. We've been crying out for industry and pace in the middle for ages and now we have it! Watch MOTD highlights and the discussion on Kanté after the game. They were as impressed with his passing as anything else - he played three or four stunning balls today. whoareyaaa Posted 24 January 2016 Share Posted 24 January 2016 Why do people always mention the sale of our top class players in these types of threads, no ones going anywhere anytime soon even in the summer. does my ****ing head in.
MC Prussian Posted 24 January 2016 Share Posted 24 January 2016 He was like a vaccuum on the pitch yesterday. Soaking up pressure left, right and centre and gliding across the field with such ease - as if he was wearing ice skates.

Countryfox Posted 24 January 2016 Share Posted 24 January 2016 Kante is shorter than Shaqiri! They are actually both 1.69m tall but Shaqiri has a longer body and shorter legs so it makes him look like a circus midget .... and thus smaller to the naked eye. weller54 Posted 24 January 2016 Share Posted 24 January 2016 Best ever Leicester midfielder?? Him and Amartey together!!!.. And Drinky in a midfield 3... Wow!
Monsell1976 Posted 24 January 2016 Share Posted 24 January 2016 He's is class, and if you listen to other fans, he's a player they would like in their side. Vardy and mahrez have got all the headlines this season, but kante is as important as those two. An absolute steal, and his value will keep going up, a player who will have a lot of interest from other clubs in the summer. For me I would be looking at giving him an improved contract, at the end of the season, and try and keep him for as long as we can.
