Inler on his way

what a colossal waste of money. if we pay 38 mill for slimani and he breaks both his legs on the plane over it'd probably still be more worthwhile than this. as if we're basically begging someone to just take him off us and not even asking for any money. literally like when you have some shit old couch and need to get rid so just leave it outside until them fellas with the vans come.

but yeah thanks for everything xoxo

Unfortunately for him he literally could not fit our style of play less. Every time he received the ball it felt like he slowed the play down unnecessarily. Best of luck in the future though. A model pro who never moaned once during what must have been a quite frustrating period in his career.

Inler out then!

He was a bit out of touch with the PL,

But in the end it's out of door for him.. Let's hope he fits in at his new club and he's not an outcast...

But it' not a case of choosing to give a player away for free over selling him for a fee. It's a case of getting big wages off the bill over forking out tens of thousands every week for a player who will not get a look in.

cant help but feel if it was the other way round we'd still chuck in 10m to make sure no one hijacked the deal:ph34r:

I wouldn't say it was a waste of money.

Fuchs said in his interview after we won the league, they wouldn't have managed it if weren't for the 23/24 players working day in, day out, even the players that weren't playing, they were still pushing eachother to the maximum.

Every player played their part last season, whether on the pitch or the training ground. Thankyou Gokhan ! :scarf:

Not a victim of our success as he didn't really settle on the pitch.

But felt for him as seemed genuinely nice and kept morale up off the pitch.

Gotta agree with Scouse...he's constantly called it right on Inler.

We paid a decent fee for him, have been making him one of the best paid players at the club and have now just about offloaded him for nowt.

In my opinion, he's been one biggest flops he club have made for quite some time. In fact, possibly for years.

He's looked slow, off the pace of the game and has got nowhere near the first team really.

And I can think of 50/60 thousand reasons, per week, why I'd be 'a model pro'....For all those saying 'thanks Gokhan'...well, what for exactly? For happily taking a kings ransom from the club, every week and playing almost zero football..?

Dreadful signing by the club and to be fair, rare in that case.

Well summed up about 600k a game bearing in mind what we paid for him. Totally hopeless who on earth was responsible for signing him

We won the league who gives a fvck. Perhaps he added a little something to the ingredients behind the scenes that had an impact in its own way which is something we could never know.

Anderson, Djemba Djemba, Bosnich, Taibi, Kleberson, Veron, Di Maria....

every club has them... We are lucky we have had so little in the last couple of years. If anything whoever is responsible for him and the rest of the signings deserves a medal!
