I really couldn't see any positives from that game, made worse by the feed lagging and jumping back so we had to see that mess twice. Drinky plays badly and the whole team does too. He made way too many mistakes and then tries hard and gives away stupid fouls, the same with Morgan and Huth. Those three need to be our rock. Everyone seemed to forget how to string a pass together, and when one is passed to their feet control it. Mahrez being too greedy and running himself into trouble, not turning the magic on we all know he has. No balls for Vardy to run onto, even then I doubt he would be able to shoot straight. We need to scrap 442 but are lacking in central midfield to utilise 433. I can't remember a decent cross from Albrighton, or one that made it past the first man. We ended up, as usual, just lumping the ball forward and giving it away. The most frustrating thing is we all know that they aren't this bad. We'll have a cracking game in the CL now.

Huth and morgan are not good enough without Kante baby sitting them, Simpson has barely any competition, Fuchs has been a shadow of himself, Schlupp is bang average and makes stupid decisions, Amartey is not yet good enough, tough to say if he ever will be, Drinkwater cannot do it on his own, also off form, Okazaki has actually been one of my favourite players this year. We just are not good enough all round. January: CB x2 RB x 1 CM x 1 (a real battler) CAM x 1 Gylfi Sig style player who can sit infront of the midfield ST x2 (Offload Ulloa/okazaki) get a striker who can win a header to make use of these presently useless crosses we insist on putting in, and a young hungry striker We've gone backwards 3 seasons based on this season so far, it really is not good enough and the cracks are evident to all, get this sorted claudio, please god get it sorted, we are DESPERATE for a Plan B. Apart from that everything is fine and we are going to win the champions league.

I don't think it'd make any difference to our league form even if we were out of it. But whilst it's there the excuse will be used.
