We can all visibly see that can't we? I didn't like Pearson but I respected him. He instilled discipline and quite clearly, that's lacking. He was maybe too rigid in his approach. Claudio was a breath of fresh air, but people push boundaries. If people aren't managed, small things slip, those 1% margins mount up and before you know it, you're losing week in, week out.

Gray needs to come off and **** off. Bring Albrighton on, we badly miss him when he's not playing. Kaputska for take your pick of the midfield 3. Wes off for Benne and keep it that way.
