I thought you laughed at the mere thought of relegation? Close thread.

Sorry? Yeah In the summer maybe, but we've been awful all season and for weeks I've said we're in massive trouble.

But yeah, you keep blaming it all on Amartey.

Ranieri has a lot to answer for. This is shit.

Were playing a side who are so good wide and we play a diamond. **** me.

Southampton have scored 10 in 10 and now they look like scoring every time they attsck us.

Anybody who doesn't think we're in a relegation battle needs to get real.

We could bring in Antonio Conte and we would still have all these shit players. Our worst player is our captain ffs. We pay some of them 50k plus a week and they're barely making an effort.

Sacking Ranieri wont do shit.

But doesn't that stem from the manager? He's getting away with any sort of criticism and I don't understand why. Signings / not his fault someone else did it. Tactically we are so behind the game it's embarrassing but that's the players fault. Motivation - oh that's the players fault too.

So what exactly are we paying ranieri to do?

You cant criticise one element of what was a successful unit without picking on the other part too.

Woeful, absolutely no creativity, defending like a pub team. Woke up at 6 to be at this shithole and it's all over after half an hour. Shocking.

Ranieri is lightyears ahead of Pearson tactically, is he though? CR actually comes across as stubborn and inept his had a good foundation to work with and now 70 million of investment and we are producing the worst performances for years

You clearly don't remember the diamond he persisted with for a month or so in that 2 points from 39 run, where we didn't even offer a shot in some games.

Yeah gray clearly has potential but Albrighton's a better option atm as Gray wants glory, Marc is a team player. The whole back 4 need a good hard look at themselves. I seriously think we should bring benny on and give him a shot

They're (the players) having a laugh,

They're having a laugh,

Champions of England,

They're having a laugh!

Last season really was a dream wasn't it, it didn't really happen, surely? How can a team go from so good to so bad? I just can't get my head around it.

We are the easiest team in the league to play against.

defence has no organisation, we are poor upfront and we do not retain possession.

unfirtunately relegation looks a strong possibility right now.

something has to change, whether that is new players or manager, I wouldn't like to say.

lol People saying we should drop the only person who's actually made any chances in the last few matches. I'd shoot as well if I were him, more likely to actually score

Could square to Vardy for him to score! But instead blasts over?

Its a a team game stop giving the lad excuses

Have kept the faith in Claudio all year. But this shambles may very well be the breaking point. This is shocking. No positives today. Not a one.

Nice of you to give him 22 days!

People calling for Ranieri to be sacked, exactly what do you think would be achieved by this? With less than half the season to go, how would that actually change anything? The new manager would have no ability to make transfers and nowhere near enough time to change the system and lineup. How is it a solution to the problem?

It would keep us in this league.

We have the players to do that already. They just aren't being used tactically correctly or motivated. We can all visibly see that can't we?

I didn't like Pearson but I respected him. He instilled discipline and quite clearly, that's lacking. He was maybe too rigid in his approach. Claudio was a breath of fresh air, but people push boundaries. If people aren't managed, small things slip, those 1% margins mount up and before you know it, you're losing week in, week out.

The biggest concern here is that we are making a very very ordinary side in Southampton..we haven't won in four games before today, look like Real Madrid.

Genuinely, they ain't much kop...yet we are making them really good.

We're fooking helping Southampton beat us ffs this is shockingly shit they should be disgusted with themselves for that first half display !!

And it goes to show everyone how much we need to buy to improve in this transfer Window!!

Absolutely disgraceful, easily our worst half this season- and when you think about how bad this season has been...

Gray needs to come off and **** off.

Bring Albrighton on, we badly miss him when he's not playing.

Kaputska for take your pick of the midfield 3.

Wes off for Benne and keep it that way.
