That's a good signing to be fair. A significant upgrade on Boruc.

They did make a couple of duff signings last season but you've got to admire the way Bournemouth are continuing to build.

Fair play to Bournemouth by the time we start we will be picking from the shite. lollol

1 and 2 will need premier league approval. Wetspam can't just decide when they play at home.

All clubs give a list of things they want at home a long time before the fixtures are done, but if they play away on Boxing Day, they'll be at home on New Year's Day and so will the club they're paired with in the football league.

Its from a few years ago but gives you an insight to how the fixtures are drawn up, this bit could be interesting as West Ham's fixtures affect Norwich City's.

West Ham it turns out, are paired with Dagenham and Redbridge. But for reasons of revenue Southend request they do not play at home on the same day as the Hammers as they believe it impacts upon their attendance.

Southend, though, are in Essex, as are Colchester, so they cannot play together on the same weekend. Colchester share stewards with Ipswich so those two clubs also request they do not play home games on the same weekend. Transport links dictate Ipswich and Norwich do not play together on the same weekend either. In other words, when West Ham play at home can have an impact on when a club as far away as Norwich (108.8 miles) play their home fixtures. And there are 12 other professional clubs in London....

Tottenham's new stadium will cost 750m

I thought that was the initial budget? If so it will be a lot more as about two weeks ago I seen something saying it was already over budget.

The Premier League have now confirmed the date on which the fixtures for the campaign of 2017/18 will be released.

With the curtain closed on the 2016/17 season, some fans will already be eyeing the coming campaign and it's very much a case of diaries out now the date has been confirmed.

Those clubs partaking in top flight football for the coming year will find out their initial fixture lists on Wednesday June 14.

Other key dates so far are the opening weekend will begin on Saturday August 12, and the season will come to a close on Sunday May 13, 2018.

June 14 is the first major date though and all 380 fixtures - well let's face it, they'll be everywhere from 9am on the morning!

It's also very likely the week preceding that date will see two or three claims of leaked fixture lists as well.

Everton have put a £100m price tag on Lukaku.

Yes, he can be phenomenal on his day, but he does appears to be very inconsistent to the point where this price tag is just very strong to justify.

Think, here, Everton are being tough in their stance but at the same time being rather ditzy If they believe he's one of the most potent strikers in the world.

Think Vardy and Harry Kane are just slightly better all-round forwards/strikers than him generally.
