Hes not in my eyes a Mahrez replacement, I'd have him if Riyhad stays. players like him can take up various rolls front line, WB, or link to front line... He deserved his England caps, but drifted after heavy injuries.Still a player who could do a job at Spurs.At CP playing below his level. IMO another underrated player. and better than Sterling when in the mood and is not carrying knocks. If he cant translate those runs, and crosses,4-6 times in a game, then he is finished at PL level.

Far Post Gerry Posted 11 August 2017 Posted 11 August 2017 I think having him and Albrighton on opposite wings could work a treat. Marc loves a cross, Townsend likes to cut inside, both can play on either side so they could swap around. They should complement each other nicely.
