Premiership Rugby doing the very best they can to put off anyone who likes football ever going to the rugby. :appl:

This red flag craze that is sweeping twitter at the moment is so ridiculous that i'm sure people aren't actually paying attention to what they're typing.

So a lot like most social media "trends" then.

Absolutely, but this more than most. It's genuinely absurd to see the things people are writing.

Yeah how boring when everyone uses the on-trend format.

Speaking of formats, I've just seen the new layout of the Champions Cup. What a ridiculous layout that is.

It’s exactly what the Champions League is going to be but with more fixtures

Looking at the team news for tomorrow I am half wishing I was off to Worcester tomorrow instead of the City match! Pleased to see Jasper back - he’s obviously a bit of a walking red card at times, but he’s also a match winner.

You are probably glad you stuck with the football !

Leicester Tigers certainly seem to be a team on the up.

Following on from the Leicester City conspiracy theories thread, it is surely no coincidence that tigers resurgence in form is down to the removal of the Notts building society ad from the stadium.

It’s nice to see them resurgent, however I couldn’t tell you anyone that plays for them other than Ford now.

It’s been that long since I went to Welford Road.

I had no idea who half the players were at the last World Cup.

This is a sport I played on a more frequent basis than football at one time.

Chalk and Cheese.

Who cares.

Its nice 2 teams in Leicester are performing well at the highest level.  Add the Basketball into the mix, plus County Cricket and we're not hard done to as a city.

Up the Foxes.  Up the Tigers!

The family-Young has given Great years of History & Service to the Tigers name.

The 2 Brother started their careers, when the Club was riding high and both compete at International level..

Tom. ...was the Buddling verocious Terrier...

Ben the Slick, hard, but artfull Scrum-half....

All the best for Both of them & their families, from an older Tiger n Swift..

It’s amazing just how much the Tiger’s have improved.

Kevin Sinfield has performed miracles with the defence. A couple of years ago as soon as any team got in the Tiger’s ‘22 it was only a question of how many points they would come away with.

Shouldn't really be that surprising, there's an established track record of rugby league coaches coming in to coach defence in Union.

Ford, Farrell and Edwards are obviously the famous ones but there's plenty of lower profile ones across the sport. You start digging and you find loads.

What is it about League experience that helps coaching defence in Union? It's something I have no knowledge on at all but it's intriguing to know why. Is it technical? Dynamic of the code?

Fantastic seeing Tigers doing so well though. Let's hope it continues!
