Probably yeah, this season will go down as "that season when we managed to beat the mighty Wolves the Record-Breakers". Something to tell your children and grandchildren about.

I think they've signed every Portuguese player already. Tbf, they certainly haven't looked out of their depth so far and have competed well. Could have been a couple down though.
Max Wall Posted 25 August 2018 Posted 25 August 2018 They'll never do it on a cold Wednesday night at Stoke.................luckily for Wolves, Stoke were relegated. You can see enough in this Wolves team to expect them to stay up but they won't want to wait too long for a first win. Maybe today is the day.
KJT Posted 25 August 2018 Posted 25 August 2018 Come on PeP Bring on Mahrez, I see him scoring today! He can't do that sitting on the bench.
Livid Posted 25 August 2018 Posted 25 August 2018 There’s a kind of casual arrogance in Man City’s play that leaves me cold. No love for Wolves but I hope they get one.
ARTY_FOX Posted 25 August 2018 Posted 25 August 2018 Wolves just make too many poor decisions around the city box. The man upfront is pretty poor
Suzie the Fox Posted 25 August 2018 Posted 25 August 2018 Wolves are having a great game. Can imagine Pep ripping the shite out of his team at HT though. So many are not having an optimal game.
mozartfox Posted 25 August 2018 Posted 25 August 2018 Common Pep sort it out. Bring on the Algerian Prince and kill them off. 1
yorkie1999 Posted 25 August 2018 Posted 25 August 2018 Problem for wolves is they don’t look like scoring however what they have shown is that even a side like Man City with their gazzilions is that if you don’t give them time and space they can be made to look ordinary which shows that a good work ethic can overcome even the best teams. Shame we dropped that from our game a few years ago.

Raw Dykes Posted 25 August 2018 Posted 25 August 2018 What's going on? Wolves have had 30% possession and no shots on target.

SouthStandUpperTier Posted 25 August 2018 Posted 25 August 2018 If Wolves get something out of this game Jonny Castro is gonna take his teammates for a night out in the Bada Bing to celebrate.
the fox Posted 25 August 2018 Posted 25 August 2018 It seems like the right time to bring Riyadh on. They brought him in to breakdown deep defensive lines.

weller54 Posted 25 August 2018 Posted 25 August 2018 Man City Bench!!... Sane, Mahrez, Jesus... Yeah.. and?.....

Because he's not a moron, he probably knows that A. Guardiola plays the squad game so rotation was always inevitable and B. Guardiola is extremely particular about players learning his system before starting regularly. Bernardo Silva is the great example, was used heavily as a sub at first before being integrated increasingly in to the starting eleven. Now he's ever present. The amount some of foxes talk are desperate for Mahrez to fail at Man City is borderline embarrassing. 4
mozartfox Posted 25 August 2018 Posted 25 August 2018 City needed plant one on Dohety‘s head pretty frigging quick. Kompany = Morgan. Handball LOL
