How bad are arsenal??

we really should get a result in two weeks

I was staggered by the amount of space and time they left even against ten men. A total contrast to what we experienced on Friday.

Watford didnt deserve to lose. And after seeing the red card issue several times, i stand by that it was a harsh red. Arsenal were absolutely pants.

If that game was City and Vardy who got the red, we would all think we were robbed.

Good grief - didn't see this at the time. We cannot allow clubs like this to win trophies or finish top 7. Tinpot as you like.

I dont think we are allowing them anything.. they are playing better than us (as sad as that is) Not sure if you watched the game against Arsenal tonight, but if you take the 1st 10 mins out of the equation they were the better side.

If Watford win the FA Cup and/or finish 7th i will be gutted (and super jelly) but they have had a decent season and have won it on merit.

I just hope that next season it will push us on to do better and achieve the same.

Isaac Success has got to be the worst player in the Premier League. Discuss

For a big man he is very weak !

Shame to lose that one - seems the Deeney red card was  contentious but maybe right !

Foster had to make a mistake at some point ...

Draw would have been fair but a City or Liverpool would have beaten us 4/5!

Didn't realise it was Brighton vs Cardiff tonight. Think I would rather watch that than the Champions League. Going to be a right battle with both teams lumping the s*** out of each other.

We've got to cheer on Cardiff just to make the end of the season more interesting.

Agree . I ‘m no great admirer of Cardiff but there’s no denying that Colin is always entertaining in an unintentional way and I’d be happy to see them hang on

I have a soft spot for him. Aside from soft of his daft old man comments he comes across as a bloke who does it for the love of the game. He's also had terrible luck with clubs - QPR and Palace fiascos. Then the stuff with Sheffield Utd getting relegated even though West Ham should have been.

Anyone else starting to find all this Solskjaer stuff incredibly tedious?

We get it, he used to play for the team he now manages. It's hardly unique.

I'm not as exposed to his media appearances admittedly but I don't think I've heard Zidane mention 2002 even once across his tenure(s).

It's pretty grim yeah. He's obviously trying to appeal to the supporter base after Mourinho alienated a large section of it but it feels very cynical, like a horrible, corporate marketing campaign, which I suppose basically sums them up nowadays. The constant references to the Ferguson era are pretty sickly and I think if I were a Man Utd supporter I'd be fed up with it at this point. It's also reignited this really dull fascination with the fabled "United Way" which doesn't actually mean anything except "we want to score goals and win".

I'm sure he's a nice guy and a decent enough manager but a large part of his impact was clearly just the fact that he wasn't Mourinho and the players were suddenly being managed by someone who didn't openly despise them. At this point I think he'd be doing himself a favour if he tried to get his head down and establish a legacy of his own rather than feeding the media obsession with Ferguson/the treble and so on.

Man Utd will collapse again next year. A great chance for us, Wolves and Everton if we play our cards right. I'm convinced.

Yeah and it's not even on TV is it?

Agree that the media love-in with him has been a bit too much at times...

But I like his honesty. When United play badly he admits it. If they ride their luck, he acknowledges that. Makes a refreshing change from the usual tired blah trotted out by most managers,

He's patently a nice bloke. And while that doesn't make Man Utd any more likeable, it sets a precedent at least that a few more bosses  would do well to consider.
