He says he wants to evolve the team so he makes changes, then next game he goes back on himself to what it was previously 

 

It’s confusing as a fan and I feel he’s his own worst enemy at the moment. We’ve had a different 11 practically every game.

If the style of football he’s trying to play is possession based, and he comments most weeks, we need to play with more intensity, and move the ball quicker, for me it’s says more about the players, and a lot of them are talentless, and are clearly not interested in giving their all, but that’s my opinion.
