Personally have no issue with them, helps bring in people to fill spaces temporarily whilst you search for a permanent option and saves wasting X amount of money on huge gambles Edited 31 July 2018 by UniFox21 spelling 3

HankMarvin Posted 31 July 2018 Posted 31 July 2018 He made his debut on 10 September in a 1–2 home loss to Alavés, making only eight passes in 66 minutes before being substituted by Suárez sounds like he will fit right in 1
frany104 Posted 31 July 2018 Posted 31 July 2018 This will be a great signing. Hes a quality player. Vardy wont be here forever so we need somebody to come in now and start challenging him ready to take over from him. It also gives us more flexibility in the formations we can play.

He might end up with a payrise as part of a more important role depending on their wage structure, but primarily if he wants to leave it'll be to play football, he'll get a hefty wedge at Barcelona (although not 200k/week) Edited 31 July 2018 by The Doctor

Neymar was livid they sent him off to tinpot PSG, he was desperate to get a bit of the Leicester gravy train after hearing that Okazaki was on 500k basic. 1

Saxondale Posted 31 July 2018 Posted 31 July 2018 Don't worry about the wedge. He'll either want to come here to be a bigger fish in a smaller pond, or not. Likewise, he'll either fancy a crack at the Premier League or not. Just seen he's got 13 caps and six goals for Spain. Nice.

I disagree, sounds like he's a No9 to me and a makeshift winger. Vardy won't be around for ever but has possibly two or even three good years left in him before we seriously think about replacing him. There's no point bringing in someone now who will expect to play, two to three years is a long time in football and we should look at Vardy replacement options closer to the time.
