Reasonably uncrowded aisles earlier today.  And each and every Saturday.  Of course, I can’t get near the place a couple of days before Passover.  But why would I care?  Best, the Hasidics have their own stores to avoid the likes of me.

 

We’ll miss my family’s deep-fried turkey in the Texas Hill Country.  But my foodie brother-in-law will cook some magnum opus for Christmas Eve.  And my mother-in-law (the retired home-economics teacher) roasts a nice Christmas bird.  We’ll bring wine, a couple homemade sides, and do dishes. 

 

All credit to those of you who are doing the heavy lifting.  Heroes.

Cheers. King's Lynn this year. No abuse either, I'm hoping for a 2019 of peace and goodwill and trying to do my bit....

Good news for everyone, after today this whole shitshow will not rear it's head for at least another 10 months, about which time the commercial scam will all take place again and the Muppet masses will follow.

I watched santa on the norad tracker last night, he spent ages over London then headed to Cardiff, I stopped watching then... he must have come to Leicestershire at some point though as I have a new Wah wah pedal under the tree ? maybe the tracker needs calibrating! Merry Christmas to all!??⛄
