It doesn't really matter how we play, the result is the deciding factor and a loss here and that could well be it.

Despite a fantastic Christmas period in the league.

It was poor miss but that’s one from a set piece... is that what it’s come to?

Grow up. That's one of several chances, Albrighton had one cut back to him and didn't really get it on target, Ghezzal was played through and gave the keeper a relatively easy save. Cross in Okazaki scuffed, Ghezzal ran past three and shot straight at the keeper, as did Albrighton. Chances have come from multiple sources, which we've wasted

Grow up? How mature

I’ll have an opinion whether you like it or not

Anyway, never said we didn’t have any chances, just the football was terrible like most weeks.

Oh dear lord let us score - I can’t bear the thought of the simpletons blaming Puel for the failure of a team comprising Prem winners or highly regarded expensive  and experienced players

It isn’t a selection issue. He has had to rest players, and honestly we as a club shouldn’t have weak links capable of losing to Newport, even in our B team :)

Well, no he doesn't, first of all.

Secondly, picking a weakened team against Newport is fine. As long as you win.

The pitch is to blame then

Can't defend him at all today - was so likely there would be trouble with that team selection.

He knows how shit some of those players are.

Okazaki and Iheanacho together upfront is an absolutely awful selection.

His contempt for the cups is really pissing me off. The players should still get the job done but he's making a rod for his own back.

All the usual crew firing up their single brain cell ready for spouting the usual shite.

How would you describe that performance?
