Foxalot Posted 29 January 2019 Posted 29 January 2019 Things are sounding good, apparently Leicester are just waiting for Tielemans to agree. Puel has sanctions the move which will see Silva go to Monaco. I believe it will be a straight swap, with a few performance based contract add ons

I don’t recall Huth having an option to buy when he came on loan, but we still managed to sign him. If Tielemans does well then surely we will be in a good position to sign him permanently.

Leicester will want to hang on to him I’m sure, with Tottenham, Man U, Wolves and Newcastle all circling. We need to replace both Silva and Iborra so a permanent move makes more sense, I guess we’ll see
Dahnsouff Posted 29 January 2019 Posted 29 January 2019 I know SkyBet and betting odds in general are b*ll*cks, but just to keep things ticking over...

Fox 4 Life Posted 29 January 2019 Posted 29 January 2019 We would be crazy not to put a first refusal clause in for the summer. Could imagine him smashing it and going off to spurs for 20m in the summer

Tbf probably helped Huth wouldn’t have been as highly sought after as much as Tielemans would be But of our last 2 loans, Dragovic and Wague, have both included options to buy, so seems like the club are making deals which are more beneficial to us

At his age and experience it would be a bit much to expect him to hit the ground running but if we as a club are prepared to take a risk it's a two way thing, the same goes for Monaco who could also be using it as a cynical ploy to showcase him then, if he does well, sell him to the highest bidder.

mozartfox Posted 29 January 2019 Posted 29 January 2019 This could be the second coming of Junior Lewis.

Tielemans has flopped at Monaco but is young with excellent pedigree. If he comes here and shows signs of being the player that got him linked with the likes of Barcelona then he won't be staying here after the summer. With 14 games left this season and PL safety all but secured then we don't need to have a player to put in the shop window for another team.
Father Ted Posted 29 January 2019 Posted 29 January 2019 What's the point in this signing for him to sit on the bench and watch Mendy doing 5 yard sideways passes and Ndidi passing 5 yard passes out for a throw in
La-li-lu-le-lo Posted 29 January 2019 Posted 29 January 2019 The fact Puel was raving about Silva doesn’t necessarily fill me with confidence that he will actually play ? Mendy and N’didi it is for the rest of the season.

urban.spaceman Posted 29 January 2019 Posted 29 January 2019 Can we just ****ing sign him today so that I can get on with my life please?

There's many reasons to get this done, it might help bring some positivity to our home performances which is becoming a real issue. Who are... "We". ??
