Analysethis Posted 2 February 2019 Posted 2 February 2019 Schmeichel Ricardo - Evans - Maguire - Chilwell Choudhury - Ndidi Barnes - Maddison - Gray Vardy
jayfox26 Posted 2 February 2019 Posted 2 February 2019 Im not usually confident but for some reason, I reckon we might win. We have not lost in our last 3 games vs top 6, 2 wins and a draw, and although United have picked up since Jose left, they aren't all that and they proved that against Burnley. Claude needs to get his team selection right and we need to not give them a head start in the first 10 minutes! Id be delighted with a draw but i honestly think we could beat them.
trabuch Posted 2 February 2019 Posted 2 February 2019 I don't know why there is so much confidence - but I am the same. It fits the narrative. We''ll win by 2.
Tom12345 Posted 2 February 2019 Posted 2 February 2019 Personally, I would drop Maddison. His form has dipped. He hogs all the free kicks and corners but they are mostly poor ones - including the one he delivered before the goal last game. Albrighton and Barnes are better at free kicks and corners - Barnes takes them at WBA.
Deeg67 Posted 3 February 2019 Posted 3 February 2019 Chilwell is also underrated at free kicks. He’s delivered some real peaches this season.
lgfualol Posted 3 February 2019 Posted 3 February 2019 Albrighton's corners and freekicks never beat the first man
Mullet1 Posted 3 February 2019 Posted 3 February 2019 Schmeichel Evans Maguire Ricardo. Chilwell Ndidi. Hamza Tielemans Barns Maddison Vardy

davelcfc100 Posted 3 February 2019 Posted 3 February 2019 Also, absolutely convinced we will win this. But no f**king idea why I feel this way.

kingston_fox Posted 3 February 2019 Posted 3 February 2019 The only thing certain is we'll gift a goal in the first 10mins so I'll go for a 2-1 win

That was the best individual performance I have seen by any player at Filbert Street! I applauded him twice! Agreed, he was majestical that day. And his hatrick goal was sublime, and I think he knew it judging by the hand over the mouth celebration.. it was like he was saying wow did I just take a cross on my chest in a crowded penalty area, take a touch and smash it home like I would do in training!!
Haywood_6 Posted 3 February 2019 Posted 3 February 2019 A lot of people backing us to win. Can only mean one thing - heavy defeat
Guest Markyblue Posted 3 February 2019 Posted 3 February 2019 We are capable of beating anybody. Get behind the lads for one of those special kp days ,3-2.

NewquayFox Posted 3 February 2019 Posted 3 February 2019 Choudhury in for Mendy and Barnes in for Gray, feel a win for us is on the cards today, unless Puel messes with the defence....

Ian Nacho Posted 3 February 2019 Posted 3 February 2019 Doesn't really change anything for me if we win. Just want us to win the games like Palace at home in a few weeks.
treer Posted 3 February 2019 Posted 3 February 2019 If we beat Utd today, then it will go a good way towards proving we can play with the best, and that the Chelsea Man Cty wins, and Liverpool draw, were less than a fluke than people think. It would leave us with just the problem of winning against the lesser teams, solve that, and we are on our way again. Short term it will also give the players sky high confidence in so many ways, so I think today, more than most, is MUST WIN.
