Better team against united and Spurs

3rd and 4th in league

and we are behind in this and lost the other one mainly because we haven’t a striker in form

not sure the manager is to blame for that

Zonal marking, all in the box from corners ........ broken record but it's poor tactics

A wrong broken record, our set piece defending has substantially improved since switching to that.

Doesnt matter in the grand scheme of things if you lose

Maybe I’m old fashioned or just clueless, but I feel in order to score goals and win games, we should be playing a striker.

I mean we barely score usually when we have Vardy on the pitch

Or clever set play that tricked our players to watch inactive offside players and ignore onside ones? Evans was doing his impression of Gary Neville ??‍♂️

Except we concede far less from set pieces than we used to so, actually good tactics?

We've been the better team with the better chances, don't care if you're a striker or left back, we should have scored some of the chances that we created. So cannot blame the manager.

The frustrating thing is that we have the nucleus of a good side.

A side that will be mid table at best and then be split up (not built on) without any achievement whatsoever.

We need a man manger and someone who can at the very least get the basics right.

Looking at the squad, the ages of those players shows how he wants to build for the future.

I've not been the biggest Puel fan at all, but he's winning me over a bit here.

Go out and spend loads on a young striker over Summer and it's a team in 2/3 years that could go places.

I'd probably wait until full time.. Saves potential egg on face.

Surely you can see with the introduction of Tielemans, it'd suit Vardy and he would potentially put one of those chances away. Instead, Puel lets a personal disagreement get in the way of selecting the best team for the job. Arrogance.
