Yeah we have a problem here - like a lot of sports, there's very few top British coaches 

 

On the whole British sports organisations think short-term and expect success to be the catalyst for a legacy on its own. ECB with their 100 in every facet of it an example of that

Regrettably that's a resignation performance.  The batting has collectively, not just individually, been up to scratch.  Why?  A good leader instils values in the team, Root must accept some share of this disgrace.
