If the crowd aren't singing his name an hour before the Blackburn game, until an hour after then we're doing him a disservice.

 

If we've won the league before we play them, he should do his own rendition of Nessun Dorma

I think tonight proves he was carrying an injury for quite a while - maybe over 18 months.

 

Lots of people mistakenly thought this injury was him over the hill but to think he played 85 mins Saturday and then was running around 3 days later on 80 minutes like the fittest player on the pitch is simply frightening.

Been more involved the last 2 games than I've seen him for a long time. Not sure if that's down to him because of the occasion and need or whether we've changed a bit.

Either way I love the fact he's having an impact when it matters most

I took my daughter to her first game this season against Birmingham in the FA cup and at school they asked her ‘Who is somebody that you think is inspiring and has changed the world’ - She responded with ‘Jamie Vardy, he can score with his head’

As a city fan for 50 years he has undoubtedly given me some many great memories. He is by a country mile the greatest player to wear the shirt in our history.

It won't be the same without him.

What an absolute legend. As a young kid growing up supporting Leicester it was Frank Worthington for me and it left lasting memories.

What it must be like for my young equivalent with Vardy. Lifetime legend for them.
