urban fox Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 Just now, OntarioFox said: Best result for us, that, if those showers are really supposed to be our rivals for the top 6. I think it maybe makes a case for the weakness of the league in general this year that a team as pathetically thin as that Arsenal outfit are sat in the top 4 after 7 games. Though there is the small matter of that result hauling Arsenal above Spuds again, so they'll be the happier of the two no doubt. Every cloud has a silver lining.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 seriously, we're never gonna get a better chance this season to get back into the champo than this. We have to go for it 2 1

Completely agree. What is impressive about us is that I genuinely dont believe we have truly opened up and played at our maximum yet. We play percentage football but with a true purpose and look so much better than that shower of sh1te. Both of those teams have lost an identity and look a million miles from getting one.
urban fox Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 If that is the best that these two can come up with it really does make our defeat at OT look even more of a lost opportunity. I know its still early days but the table is going to start sorting itself out over the next 3 or 4 games when we will be a quarter of the way through the season. Aside from Liverpool, we should be picking up enough points in that period mto stay well ahead of this pair
Arkie Bennett Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 Pleasing that we picked up three points yesterday and they've both dropped two today. And we were superb while they were pants. All good. 1
HybridFox Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 What the hell Just switched on to BBC one after the game and Dillian Whyte's on Masterchef 1

Bounty Hunter Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 Man U middle of the pack. Maguire should feel comfortable in that position.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 hope his big pay cheque was worth it
deep blue Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 Thread on Red Cafe suggesting they may be in danger of relegation. 2

Could look at it two ways to feel better: 1) Gifting them 3 pts might delay Ole's sacking for a few more months that it would have otherwise, resulting in them dropping even more points in the long run. 2) Even if we had started with the right personnel and tactics, we might still have had an off day like Man City did at Norwich. Soyuncu error would probably have still happened and surprisingly enough Man U are top for least xG allowed so we might still not have scored.
UniFox21 Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 Sky need to stop trying to give United the excuse of being "distracted" by the flag going up. They're top players, they should know well enough to play until the whistle. 1
CosbehFox Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 Will a Man U fan concede that we sold them our fourth best defender yet?
North Leeds Fox Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 Seen on Twitter that wolves won their first PL game at the weekend and still only 2 points behind utd haha lose against Newcastle next week and ole surely will be out
Cadno'r Cymoedd Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 Hard to disagree with this insightful analysis. 1 3
Remember Kember Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 The 2 sides playing tonight are the worst Arsenal and Man Utd teams I've seen in years. Until tonight I thought talk of the top 6 was exaggerated I've now changed my mind 1

Been absolutely pissing myself at this thread tonight. Both of them just woeful. No fixture in world football has declined as much as this surely? Newcastle v Man Utd Sunday hahahahaha that's going to be absolutely sensational. 1
