Dr The Singh Posted 5 January 2020 Posted 5 January 2020 So much dead wood in that Everton team. Carlo better get the cashbook out 1

Tielemans63 Posted 5 January 2020 Posted 5 January 2020 Got to feel for Ancelotti. Massive double blow. First he gets sacked by Napoli and then he gets the Everton job. Talk about kicking a man while he's down. 4

If we're going to play the diamond at any point again then I'd happily have 15/16 Drinkwater and Tielemans between Maddison and Ndidi. I think some people forget how good he was for us, Drinkwater. 2

Prime Drinkwater was brilliant and his ability is only slagged off on here because our fans are still bitter about him leaving to a ‘bigger club’. He was one of our best players for such a key part of a our recent history and his demise is really sad. Yes it’s sad for the lad and he was in the right place at the right time and a vital piece of the jigsaw at that time, but let’s not be too sad when he earns more than double in a week than most do in a year and gets it whether he plays or not

Obviously talking about the decline of his footballing career. Having said that, I’ve heard he has a major issue with drink and if that’s true I wish him the best of luck because what he helped achieve here was amazing.
