But; he's on 100k a week before bonuses and sponsorships, this is like a months wage at most. It's lovely to see, and I wish more did stuff like this. But harsh. Apart from the uktra religious people i know who do tithing, how many others give only "like a months wage at most" to charity. Kudos to him i say. I know the follow up post says something about people doing it anonymously but it has been proven that social media posts boost charitable contributions so i dont see how he can be knocked for this whilst the ones who spend it all on themselves, but say nothing, are immune from criticism in this regard. Added to the reasons why i hate this world. 2

It don’t even have to be a planned photo, within the Last year the Vardy’s was pictured by a member of the public and shared on social media site of them giving donations to a Barnado’s shop in Eyres Monsell which resulted in a spike of donations at Barbado’s shops causing temporary storage issues
Popular Post StanSP Posted 29 July 2019 Popular Post Posted 29 July 2019 Sky Sports not only pissing about with the Maguire shite. Look at this about Zaha 9
The Bear Posted 30 July 2019 Posted 30 July 2019 (edited) What the actual **** with this fee? Mental. He's utter shite and worth less than half that. I wouldn't back him to get 5 goals. Edited 30 July 2019 by The Bear 1

Is he? 31 goals in 59 championship appearances for a middling team and then another who got relegated would say otherwise. It's the going rate for decent championship players. So whilst I'd agree it's a mental amount of money for him, it's fair in the market Shame as I would quite like to see Sheffield United do well but on the face of it their signings have been awful and they already had very few players equipped for this level. StriderHiryu Posted 30 July 2019 Posted 30 July 2019 PSG sign Gueye from Everton. Big loss for them, I'd rate him as one of their best players and one of the better DM's in the league. Doesn't "wow" you with his play, but one of those that just keeps a team ticking over and running. I wonder who they will sign to replace him? Good news for us if you ask me, considering Everton have finished above us in the last two seasons. 3

I assume the guy in blue is his brother, they look very alike and are making more or less the same look. Players from Africa or with African heritage (like Kante) tend to have a close bond with family and community back home, they know where they came from and how tough it is so they are immediately there to help. Also, even a couple of hundred quid can be life changing in some of the places there, so big sums can have a real impact. Players who have always been fed with the golden spoon are going to struggle to appreciate how much they can do by giving just a bit. But as a few have already mentioned, a lot of players do stuff that isn't necessarily always in the media.

His stats look decent though so he must have something about him. I still think he's crap though.
Ric Flair Posted 30 July 2019 Posted 30 July 2019 Moise Kean has agreed to join Everton, astonishing signing. They are going to do some serious damage in my opinion, people will dismiss them for needing another CB and a replacement for Gueye but chances are they will get them before next Thursday. 1

I quite agree he is only 19 but he looks a great prospect. For about £30m he could prove to be real bargain and a fine player. 2

Fantastic signing. Though he is so young that he could always flop and not live up to his early potential, i'm sure he'll be glad to see the back of Bonucci! 2
Finnegan Posted 30 July 2019 Posted 30 July 2019 I personally don't think he'll have a devastating impact this season. He's decent and he could be fantastic but this is a big step for him. Wouldn't surprise me at all if Perez scores more goals this year. 1

Time will tell, there's never any guarantees but based on how effortless he has found domestic and international football for Juventus, with a very impressive loan spell prior to that I think he is the sort of forward that Everton have been missing since Lukaku left. They look the most equipped out of the chasing pack in upsetting the top 6, only negative is the manager but he's pretty fearless and a damn sight better than Solsjkaer. 1

Guess the thing in your favour is cutrone isn't coming in as the main striker whereas kean is. Both are brilliant youngsters but it is tough to adapt from serie a so your strategy of easing cutrone in is definitely a better way of doing it. 1

I might get shot down for this but having watched both a number of times, Kean is significantly better than Cutrone currently. I'm staggered Juventus are letting him go.
