StanSP Posted 16 May 2021 Posted 16 May 2021 @Unabomber what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object?
Popular Post dayday Posted 27 May 2021 Popular Post Posted 27 May 2021 Harvey Barnes is poised to deliver a boost to Leicester by returning to action in time to complete a full pre-season. The winger missed the last three months of the campaign with a knee problem that required surgery, and then underwent a second operation that ruled him out of the FA Cup final win over Chelsea. But Barnes, who would have been a strong contender for a place in England's Euro 2020squad had he stayed fit, is now well on the road to recovery and hopes to be available when Leicester meet in early July to start preparations for the 2021-22 campaign. Touchwood he has no more set backs . 8

Popular Post Ric Flair Posted 22 July 2021 Popular Post Posted 22 July 2021 Cannot wait for this lad to be back playing next season, injury robbed him of a 20 goal haul in all competitions + 5-10 assists. I pray Rodgers plays to his strengths for a whole season and doesn't play 3 at the back. Could make a mockery of England's fans love affair with Jack Grealish if so. 13 1
blabyboy Posted 22 July 2021 Posted 22 July 2021 If he can keep his confidence from just before his injury and perhaps Jamie can coach him a little on his technique in front of goal, then he really could have the world before him. Really hope he smashes it this year 1
Sampson Posted 22 July 2021 Posted 22 July 2021 (edited) Think he'll be given the #7 shirt next season looking at the training photos. Feels like an age since we've had a really good #7. Not since Neil Lennom really. Edited 22 July 2021 by Sampson 1

Joking aside, the only one I would say got close was Paul Gallagher but Championship is of course a different level. 3
blabyboy Posted 23 July 2021 Posted 23 July 2021 Agreed, Lennon was great... And let's not forget super Stevie Lynex before him for #7 as well. 3

To be fair while Dean Hammond was no world beater, he was actually pretty decent for us. I think it's more the horror that it's the shirt that Momo Sylla once wore. Edited 23 July 2021 by Sampson 2

He was constantly at the bar paying for soft drinnks for all the kids in attendance at the Supporter's Club's POTY awards in 2006. Still, not a good reason to give him the coveted #7 shirt

It was worn by junior Lewis, after all! 1

Nick Posted 24 July 2021 Posted 24 July 2021 Anybody know what Harvey's knee is like post op? I mean will he be featuring in pre season friendly's and fit to play in PL from game one or is it a slower recovery?
