His worst performance for us today. Antonio bullied him all game, don't think Soyuncu won a single duel against him and Antonio made everything look so easily against him. He never looks the same player in a back 3.

Terrible. He started in a three (he can’t play in a three). Then his day got worse, once we reverted to a back four...probably down to having a bad start, to his game, whilst in a back three! (He can’t play in a three!)

Hoping the arrival of Fofana will provide competition for places. Bit of complacency with him and Evans being guaranteed starters. Maybe it's the kick up the backside he needs

For a big defender he gets outmuscled and outfought when faced with anyone remotely strong. He's also so slow to react. Needs to work on both those aspects.

 

Starting to think he's basically another Maguire minus the heading ability.
