On a serious note, Ricky would walk into any side in the world. Absolutely brilliant player.

Other than his national team bizarrely

Whoscored has him as this week's best right back, this month's best right back and yes this season's right back. I've had fans of other teams speak to me about him (although they tend to think he's a winger). I really don't think he's overrated. He's rated and rated well.

He so consistent as well, last season after he'd tuned into the League even in the games we struggled with under Puel he stood out every game.

He leaves space in behind him once a game but everything else is exemplary. The fact he's so consistent and adapts quickly tells me he's intelligent, committed & diligent. Still young too. He should be playing for an "elite" team in two seasons. Really have to enjoy him while he's with us

Hopefully we can be that “elite” team?

Just to play devils advocate on those saying he can play for a bigger club, dont get me wrong he has without doubt got the ability to do so, but does anyone think he gets more license in a team like ours rather than say Real Madrid.

Our right wing position is probably a weak point if any, and potentially having a right back like Ricardo allows him to have the freedom to almost play in almost as a second winger.

I'm not saying he's not got the ability, he definitely has, but I'm just not sure he would be given the freedom to flourish in any bigger club than ours.

Foxestalk: Wanting Ricardo to completely go under the radar and unnoticed as to not elicit sales enquiries for sensational Rightback.

MOTD2: Here's the standout Leicester City player we're going to totally focus on and praise to the moon and back.

I'm surprised teams don't try and target him more in games tbh, he's definitely not bad defensively but he sometimes steps up to make a tackle and gets it weirdly wrong

He's that good & the club know it....

Succession planning.

.... we've already signed his replacement.

A season to bed in and then JJ's getting starts.

(& no one can accuse us of not being forward thinking.)
