Foxxed Posted 29 September 2019 Posted 29 September 2019 Whoscored has him as this week's best right back, this month's best right back and yes this season's right back. I've had fans of other teams speak to me about him (although they tend to think he's a winger). I really don't think he's overrated. He's rated and rated well.

kyleolly Posted 29 September 2019 Posted 29 September 2019 Just watching MOTD and Micah Richards thinks he’s the best right back in the league if your full backs scoring a goal like he did today you’d struggle to disagree
Jaspa Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 He so consistent as well, last season after he'd tuned into the League even in the games we struggled with under Puel he stood out every game. He leaves space in behind him once a game but everything else is exemplary. The fact he's so consistent and adapts quickly tells me he's intelligent, committed & diligent. Still young too. He should be playing for an "elite" team in two seasons. Really have to enjoy him while he's with us

Corky Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 The ball seems glued to his foot when he runs.
Donk Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 Id say Riccardo was rated, not underrated. People who know the game know he is a top player.
Harry96 Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 Will do well to keep hold of him. Could start for majority of cl clubs even Barcelona
Woodsey1727 Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 I'm still surprised that nobody came in for him in the summer, I fear that it is only a matter of time now though until somebody does

LCFCSOULBOY Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 Not be only is he a brilliant player he also comes across as a genuine nice guy who likes being at Leicester.
shailen Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 Just to play devils advocate on those saying he can play for a bigger club, dont get me wrong he has without doubt got the ability to do so, but does anyone think he gets more license in a team like ours rather than say Real Madrid. Our right wing position is probably a weak point if any, and potentially having a right back like Ricardo allows him to have the freedom to almost play in almost as a second winger. I'm not saying he's not got the ability, he definitely has, but I'm just not sure he would be given the freedom to flourish in any bigger club than ours.
LC/FC Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 Foxestalk: Wanting Ricardo to completely go under the radar and unnoticed as to not elicit sales enquiries for sensational Rightback. MOTD2: Here's the standout Leicester City player we're going to totally focus on and praise to the moon and back. FT:
Stadt Posted 30 September 2019 Posted 30 September 2019 I'm surprised teams don't try and target him more in games tbh, he's definitely not bad defensively but he sometimes steps up to make a tackle and gets it weirdly wrong

swanlee Posted 3 October 2019 Posted 3 October 2019 He's that good & the club know it.... Succession planning. .... we've already signed his replacement. A season to bed in and then JJ's getting starts. (& no one can accuse us of not being forward thinking.)
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 3 October 2019 Posted 3 October 2019 Everyone will start realising how good he is now and in the summer next year he'll be linked with moves all over Europe!
