The whole sports section is terrible. An article on there about Pep Guardiola "sending a warning to Leicester City"- his big threat as that Sergio Aguero might score some goals before he leaves at the end of the season.

Thing is, you could POSSIBLY forgive it if it was a global paper or even another local paper who are doing a bit on our team.

One of the problems with all working from home is that the guy who wrote it probably didn’t even see the page before it went to print and the picture was put on afterwards by an editor from Nottingham.

 

Will only get worse now they’ve announced they’re closing the Leicester Mercury office and told staff to work from home.

I’ve noticed commentators insist on pronouncing his name as Pratt. Pretty sure that’s wrong and should be more like Prart.

It's preferable to people spelling it 'Preat', which I allow to annoy me way more than it should.

Shove Maddison out wide? Drop Ndidi and play no holding midfielder? Play a diamond?

 

He's a good player, he's just not good enough to justify shaping the entire team around him, which is why the manager is not inclined to do so.

Looking at his stats for this season he did get a decent amount of game time up until the new year when he pick up his hamstring injury.

With European Football, a decent cup run and some rotation in EPL fixtures Praet should be getting around 20 starts per season assuming he's second choice to Youri and Madders in Rodgers preferred formations of 4 1 4 1 or 3 4 1 2.  He's the quality of squad player we need to compete in both domestic and european competitions.

Whether he's happy with this role is the question

Looks like said editor just typed Marc Albrighton into Getty images and happened to pick one that was labelled incorrectly.

I don't know who usually writes the tags and headlines for stock photos, but possibly the photographer? David S. Bustamante, who is probably someone local to Braga/Portugal and unfamiliar with our similar-looking fringe players. 

 

Even Sky has done something similar with showing a picture of Demarai Gray instead of another black player (can't remember who). 

 

Still massively embarrassing for the Mercury.

Since we're effectively not using wingers at the moment anyway even when we play 4 at the back, Praet can play as an inverted winger on the right.  He can play as part of a diamond, as you said.  You can use a 4-1-3-1-2 with Praet on the right side of the 3.  Lots of ways to make it work because he's probably the most positionally versatile player in the squad.

Before he arrived, a few of us were told it was pronounced 'Prart' but when he arrived it became 'Prat' so that has become the accepted one.
