Tielemans and Soyuncu never.

I actually think Youri is more likely than Soyuncu to sign a new deal hahahaa. Caglar has shown absolutely no desire to improve his £40-50k a week deal, which he signed as a fringe player here. He'd have got nearly double that after a chunk of the 2019/20 season but opted not to. Why we've not tried to flog him to Newcastle or someone for stupid money this month is beyond me.

Perhaps because we don’t have enough fit CB’s ???  I’m sure that we have summer plans for quite a few ins and outs …..

He's been brought back into a desparate situation, with Castange and Ricardo out, so let's give him the benefit of the doubt for a few more games still. You can't expect a player to come back seamlessly after an injury like that!

I think he’s actually played well other than getting outjumped at the back post each game, which is obviously quite a big caveat but I’ve been surprised how up to speed he’s looked

He was the best of an horrendous bunch yesterday.

Especially early on he looked pacy and tried to get forward.

He tried 100% throughout the game which was very much the exception

A for effort but JJ keeps finding himself partly to blame for goals against us. Either he’s getting beat to easily in the air or he’s not 100% ready for the battle we are in.

just goes from bad to worse for us foxes

Thought he was the only one that looked bothered yesterday.

Out jumped at the back post but he should never have been in that one v one situation with Davies (I think it was him who won the header?).

Been directly to blame for a couple of goals already. Has a terrible habit of being caught under the ball at the back post which is weird as he's normally fine in the air. Good going forward though and actually looks like he can be bothered which is a nice change of pace from most of the others.

Not many full backs are able to defend welbeck in the air

Davies is also a mismatch - at least he prevented him getting a header on target - he can’t be responsible for the other defenders not being in the centre of the six yard box

same with docherty against spurs - cags chose to clear into the player which led to the goal

A+ for effort and a D for application. He has struggled since hes come back in a desperate situation to be fair. I'm sure he will come good but we don't want another Ricardo on our hands

Not good yesterday but hey he is  nowhere near up to speed yet. If Riccy is fit then JJ can take his time readjusting to the pressure of the PL. Luke needs help on the left hand side though so play the diamond with KDH in front of him. Daka and Kelechi as the front two for now. Barnes benched and used as an impact sub with Lookman.

He ruptured his knee ligaments landing awkwardly from a header. Maybe this is playing on his mind.

Although I imagine the injury is probably contributing to the issue in some way currently, it was a bit of a weakness of his before the injury also

To early really to assess the impact long term of such an injury. He's got a good head on him (aside from the party last night), and is honest. He's young and has time on his hands.

I thought he looked very good in the previous game, lots of promising forward runs, it was great to see him driving at people.

Brighton goal has gone over him, if anything Albrighton should be looking to get onto it (or in an ideal world, our keeper would be more commanding). Yesterday he's been beaten in the air by someone bigger and stronger than him...it happens.

People pick the weirdest things to focus and just ignore swatches of positives lol

What I dont understand if why we weren't using JJ like Forest were using Spence yesterday... It's almost like our manager has one way of playing and regardless of players strengths.

Wish he'd use his good head to nod away crosses that lead to goals...3 down to him since his return!

The one yesterday is harsh, gets a shove in the back by someone considerably bigger and is always going to struggle to get back those few yards he lost to really challenge him.
