Lost to a bunch of cheating Cnuts who should have been punished same time as FIFA’s punishment given a penalty for same offence as KDB should have had second for Emerson taking out Nacho Fuch it tho put this one behind us and pick up as many points as we can in remaining 11 games !!

Why are they spent

2 games in 3 or 4 weeks

I'm sorry but we looked knackered, we were becoming stretched all over the place, just saying what I saw, we shoukd have made a substitution

Worth remembering that we're still 3rd by 6 points and finally have a decent run of winnable games.

this! I think we'll pull it back again. Just so long as Maddy doesn't soften up on his old Norwich mates.

Still trying to understand why their handball didn’t even go to a VAR check??

Never in it 2nd half. Inevitable they would score eventually.

We looked knackered towards the end, well and truly ran out of steam. Mahrez should never have got as far as he did.

Our big players are offering nothing, Maddison and Vardy poor.

Crucial set of fixtures now to finish this season off.

BR should have brought on Perez when they scored.

Meanwhile, depressing we showed little urgency and were passing backwards in the last minutes of added-on time. Anyway on to Norwich! :scarf:

Not even angry about this one.  It's a game we were simply not allowed to win.  It's become so obvious now that VAR is just there to help out the teams that make the money it's embarrassing.  The bigger teams always always get the majority of the decisions, whilst the smaller teams don't even get reviews in the first place. It's shocking

Beginning to look like that.  Its obvious that the FA want Liverpool to win the PL for the foreign viewers / fans this season.  It's just big business.

We were just lucky that it was only little Spurs that were challenging us in 2016

VAR drew the line before Mahrez kicked it on the screen shot on Sky.

Amazingly the PL are proving what I knew all along; the game is rigged.

Please no retorts on me going over the top; how naive have you got to be after the Chelsea incident and our game just now.

Police, politicians, government officials, FIFA, UEFA have all be found to be corrupt all over the world, what on earth makes people think it can’t happen in English football or it is immune to it!

Never seen a side be so passive after going a goal behind, pass it square around the back with minutes to go!

Sometimes you have to forget you principles.

Vardy very average again.

Barnes is like that fit bird who turns out to be a crap shag.

Barnes is very young but made some decent runs with the ball, just missing that vital touch and finish

That match can be summed up in 2 parts:

  • 1st half we did everything right, but denied by the post and two absolutely rancid dodgy decisions to deny us two penalties.
  • 2nd half we did pretty much everything wrong. For some reason we abandoned the high press and sat back, and the substitutions were, to put it kindly, abysmal.

It continues to be a concern how easily we become second best when the momentum goes against us. Also, we're a team with 2 many young players. Some of them can't control a football, others are just awful decision makers.

But we should be coming away with 3 points regardless tonight - if the officials were honest, we would have.

Ps I try to be magnanimous when it comes to former players but Riyad Mahrez can get in the ****ing bin. Great player but also a cheating, moaning, whiny little ****.

We're the third best team in the league. Wake the Fxxk up. That's what Champions League football against one of the best clubs in the world looks like. Enjoy it!

Thing is, neither pen was given by the on field official, so VAR does at least increase the chance of those things being given, even if it didn’t on this occasion.

getting rid of VAR doesn’t solve anything

Exactly. However, on review we got one against us which was a penalty and we didn’t get one for us that was a penalty.

if no VAR neither was a pen and it evens out.

Farcical game.

Ederson should've been sent off for that reckless challenge, and we should've had at least one penalty of our own.

But hey - as long as the FA keep supporting the Big Five, or Liverpool and Manchester City, all is fine.

What's the point in watching football any longer when you know you can't get a fair game against these?
