Too be honest it was that midfield that folded second half versus Bournemouth

It wasn't ideal but it was Rodgers, Schmeichel and Soyuncu that costed us

There's a difference between blooding them into the team gradually and throwing them in to one of the biggest matches in modern times.

Feels a bit like Harey Worley mk. 2

We aren't  exactly flush with options, Fuchs probably can't  play 2 games in 4 days!

You mean Fuchs who isn't even in the squad tonight?

Justin at LB then, he's played there for Luton. Choudhury or Bennett at right back. Not throw a 19 year old in, don't play a fvcking team of defenders at home in a big game.

Jeez I know we’d all given up but the manager has put out a midtable secure team and bench.

Not like its its the biggest game of the season or anything 😂

The only way that's a midtable secure team is in the championship lol

Perez won't be playing in a central 3

He will play no 10 as per the last three games. Then be pinned to Norwood who recycles the ball from flank to flank.

Wing backs protect the overload Sheff U like in wide areas.

Vardy and Barnes to expose the gaps Sheff U expose themselves too. See Vardy’s goal at Bramall Lane. The centre back system they employ leaves them prone to counter attack.

If you are going to pick a premier league strike force for Evans, Morgan, and Bennett to contend with it would be McBurnie and McGoldrick.

Good honest hard working players, but they are not going to jink past our defence or play intricate little passes, or be put off by a bit of rough housing.

Agree! Fit for purpose

Ah yes Hamza who plays RB regularly in first team football or Bennett who has little to no pace. Why not give the highly rated 19yr old LB an opportunity?

But they aren’t right backs.

If they’re good enough, they’re old enough.

What little I’ve seen of Luke Thomas, I’ve liked. Get behind this team and support them.

....... we can call Rodgers a melt at the end of the game if it goes belly up.

You obviously haven't watched Sheff U all season. They've got a team full of players who you would say, oh he's no good he won't beat a player, he's nothing special etc etc they're a very good team who cannot be underestimated. I'd shudder at the back 3 withholding most championship teams let alone a top 6 prem outfit.
