Just sat thinking. Who are the true legends of the club. Not just players. Peoole who should be still remembered in 50yrs time for their contribution in making us the club we are today. I will give you one example. Alan Birchinall. Played for years, then promoted the club ever since. Tirelessly. Dont know if he was born in leicester but has a true leicestershire accent now.😂so come and and say who deserves a true legend of the club and why

Primarily: Vichai, Vards, Birch, Gilles, O'Neil, Claudio, Nigel, Wortho, Glover, Gibson, Stringy, Banks (although more synonymous with Stoke), Rowley, Chandler, Heskey, Lineker and David Rennie

Would add Weller, Walsh, Wes Morgan and Kasper.

Omitted Weller due to the albeit unsubstantiated allegations surrounding him; Walshy on account of the David Geddes incident and Kasper on account of his distribution :P, Wes was frankly an oversight on my part.

I’d add Gary Mills to the list. Played well over a hundred games. Player of the season a few times. Played in two play off finals, captain in one of them. Missed the 93/94 play off final due to injury but still led us out.

Vardy is the ultimate club legend, cult hero and probably our all time best player all rolled into one

as Babylon said, the entire title winning team will be club legends forever
