I seem to remember similar reaction to the West Ham team last season...

A couple more changes than I’d have liked to see, but not surprising given the circumstances, and we should at least be a lot fresher than them.

Doesn't look a great side but we thought that about West Ham away last season. We have enough up front to create.

Makes you wonder. If Palace play the same team they did Saturday, will they be so knackered that they're worse than effectively our second eleven?

Come on the Foxes.  l have no fingernails left after the Man Utd game, so let's hope for a good win, otherwise Molly the dog will have no claws left...

The problem with the lineup stems from the cup games where with a similar set up we end up being too passive and off the front foot.  We need a high intensity performance against what should be a knackered team.  I doubt this will happen though.

I would rather have Fuchs than Thomas. Experience plus height over a good attacking set peice team.

Set pieces are gonna be vile. I'll be behind the sofa if anyone needs me.

Surprised by amartey instead of cags but changes are needed I suppose. Should still do ok against these and 60

mins if we are struggling get youri and Vardy

Exactly this, plus we have another game on Sunday too!

During this period it's more about results than performances, and grinding results out. This is for sure a weak team from us, but being fresh is important, as proved last season against West Ham.

No Castagne at all, so must have got injured as he looked hurt against Man United. Cengiz still suffering from a hamstring too sadly it seems.

Don’t think so - Rodgers said after Utd they’d think long and hard whether Castagne could play twice in 48 hours after coming back from a severe hamstring injury

I’m just shocked there isn’t even space on the bench for Slimani.

I think it is safe to say we will never see him play for us again. If he can't make a squad on a day like this, he never will.

They made 5 changes.

Their fans seem pretty happy with their lineup on the whole

If the players get injured, you're forced to rotate anyway. It's better to pick when to play a weaker team yourself.

We always seem to go over board with the changes. I doubt the other premier league sides will be playing their reserves today. If we are serious about getting in the top 4 we need to win today.

Didn't need two dms. Swap Hamza for Amarty and put Cags in centre back for 45/60 mins. Then change if we're winning.

I'd imagine it isn't easy for players to recover from slight knocks and issues in a short space of time. I think 72 hours is recommended as the minimum rest time between matches.

That also makes sense, thanks!
