ARM1968 Posted 13 February 2021 Posted 13 February 2021 Standard loss to these. 2 or 3 nil. Unless Vardy screams in an early volley from 25yds from a little Madders dink.
Stevosevic Posted 13 February 2021 Posted 13 February 2021 Vardy has been off it for some time and we really need him back to his best. Let's hope today is the day. 4
PhillippaT Posted 13 February 2021 Posted 13 February 2021 Definitely expecting a loss to this lot - hoping for better, though, of course! Hopefully Liverpool are all knackered and can't be arsed
ARTY_FOX Posted 13 February 2021 Posted 13 February 2021 Be interested to see how we set up for this. I hope we don't go toe to toe but if we're going to sit deep like we usually do against these we have to actually break forward. At Anfield we looked petrified to leave our half. They'll no doubt suddenly find the form of their lives again.

Hollyfox Posted 13 February 2021 Posted 13 February 2021 Churchillian pre match speech from Brendan. Get right into the cnuts. Vardy masterclass. No injuries. Get Nacho back in the warm Job done👍💙

foxes_rule1978 Posted 13 February 2021 Posted 13 February 2021 Liverpool not in great form, but we seem to have a mental block against them of late. I’m going to go 3-1 Liverpool
lgfualol Posted 13 February 2021 Posted 13 February 2021 A point would be brill considering the last games we have simply rolled over and they've barely broken a sweat.
lcfcsnow Posted 13 February 2021 Posted 13 February 2021 Their lack of centre backs and Allison’s cold feet means we need to put them under pressure, so fully expecting a back five and two touches in their area in the first half.

He goes in runs. It'll happen. But probably not today. I'd personally play both him and Nacho (with Nacho coming a little deeper in the build up). Liverpool have had a week to prepare, we've probably had one full day (if they used Thursday to get over the Brighton FA game). I expect nothing from this. A point will be a testament to our team's resilience but it won't be a crisis if we get thrashed. If BR wants to replicate ManU and bore the game into a 0-0 then I'm cool with that also.
demon_dog Posted 13 February 2021 Posted 13 February 2021 Really don't know how to call this, would settle for a draw.
Pliskin Posted 13 February 2021 Posted 13 February 2021 I’d love us to get a draw, but I just have the feeling Klopp is going to have these lot fired up like snarling dogs on a chain. Heart says draw head says and absolute savaging. Think it’s going to be a very uncomfortable afternoon.

I know he's been poor recently but it would be plain ridiculous for him to be cast out of the squad in any shape and alienated. I just mean how unfair that he can be so abysmal, get taken off for a nasty looking injury and yet he's the one who's injury is nothing and Justin is out for 9 months. Cruel on us, Perez is like playing with 10 men and some fans think Luke Thomas is a liability so now we're down to 9 men.
Ric Flair Posted 13 February 2021 Posted 13 February 2021 Has Vardy scored vs these at home in the league since 2017? Due a monster performance.

Thomas finished the away game against Leeds with the most interceptions, tackles and clearances.....can't defend though. He's bloody brilliant, there's bits he's going to evidently improve on but defensively I think he's solid and going forward he's very intelligent. He's better at crossing than Justin and I'd argue he's put more rememberable dangerous balls in than Castagne too. Anyway, I'll trust Rodgers to do what's best for the team.

Good memory, got sent off vs Wolves didn't he. Puel then played Gray up front hahahaa. Iheanacho came on and we were all over them and nearly nicked a point.

dannythefox Posted 13 February 2021 Posted 13 February 2021 Never have a better chance of beating these tossers. In to em 👊🏻
Fox92 Posted 13 February 2021 Posted 13 February 2021 Need to put pressure on their defence as a team and not just Vardy doing it. Worried about Salah on the right though, even with their form, without Justin.
st albans fox Posted 13 February 2021 Posted 13 February 2021 Anyone remember the last pen we had against this lot ? (if you’re under 45 years of age then you won’t )
