filbertway Posted 12 February 2021 Posted 12 February 2021 Rodgers dream team defensive line up Schmeichel Ricardo Soy Evans Fuchs Thomas Ndidi Tielemans Albrighton Vardy Perez
Luttfox Posted 12 February 2021 Posted 12 February 2021 Never going to happen but i'd like Schmeichel Ricardo Soyuncu Evans Thomas Ndidi Tielemans Albrighton Maddison Barnes Vardy 3
Clever Fox Posted 12 February 2021 Posted 12 February 2021 I think we're going to have to do a Smash and Grab if we want all 3 points.
TJB-fox Posted 12 February 2021 Posted 12 February 2021 Both teams got serious defensive injuries, tomorrow’s lineups going to be very interesting. 1
RowlattsFox Posted 12 February 2021 Posted 12 February 2021 Everything points to us going defensive now but our only way of getting a result is to put pressure on their defence. I think they might blood one of their new centre backs so important we get Vardy to put pressure on him early. 2

SuperMike Posted 12 February 2021 Posted 12 February 2021 Shame that Thiago may be missing on saturday. He is the most ludicrously overrated player ever. Has the commentators creaming themselves, but never gets a single pass right. Awful player. ......mind you, this is a match against LCFC.......
Blueman1967 Posted 12 February 2021 Posted 12 February 2021 Hopefully no backlash from them after Sunday, and we have got enough to beat them 1

It was the notification that the Burnley match is postponed, as a new date isn't set yet it hadn't just moved in the calendar. So tomorrow is still on. 1
Legend_in_blue Posted 12 February 2021 Posted 12 February 2021 These have lost recently to Burnley and Brighton. It's not all doom and gloom folks. Need to be positive and go for a win, sitting back and going defensive will cause us trouble.
Milo Posted 12 February 2021 Posted 12 February 2021 Brendan isn't generally too adventurous against the big boys - could be a lot of sideways passing between our defence and 2 holding midfielders. Fingers crossed for an aggressive, free flowing, pressing, marauding game plan, but can't see it happening, unfortunately.
Vardinio'sCat Posted 12 February 2021 Posted 12 February 2021 They are below par in defence and midfield, so I'm not sure sitting back will help, but BR has done well against top sides this season. Imagine marking Vards in your first PL game. 1

splinterdream Posted 12 February 2021 Posted 12 February 2021 I'm quite positive about this one, I think we'll manage to limit them to 3
FOXSE Posted 12 February 2021 Posted 12 February 2021 How many games have we lost this season when ndidi has played CDM?
MGLCFC Posted 12 February 2021 Posted 12 February 2021 Win the midfield battle and limit their possession to their front 3 and we can cause them real problems with the defensive issues they have. Sit back and show them too much respect and I only see a defeat for the boys in blue.
Reg Vardy Posted 12 February 2021 Posted 12 February 2021 Kasper Ricky Cags Evans Amartey Albrighton N’didi Maddison Tielemans Barnes Vardy

I think this has 10 who will definitely start, Thomas being the least likely.
Gazza M Posted 12 February 2021 Posted 12 February 2021 Think many fans on here getting a bit over worried about Liverpool. They have defensive issues and Fabhino also out. Why not take the attack to them for a change.

Played Man City off the park, Smash and grab vs Arsenal, muck vs Liverpool, Dominated Spurs, toe to toe attacking game vs Man Utd, took Chelsea apart easily and then shut the game down. Am I missing something?
