cropstonfox Posted 28 February 2021 Posted 28 February 2021 makes you wonder if we would be better going back to 100% grass pitches. Are the synthetic strands getting caught up in studs ? just a thought?
Hales Posted 28 February 2021 Posted 28 February 2021 I feel sick about Barnes, have a really bad feeling he is out for the season. Get Fofana, madders, Perez and Praet in that cryochamber and back asap!
TheUltimateWinner Posted 28 February 2021 Posted 28 February 2021 Did Vardy look like he wanted the ball on that break?

When did we last have a full ensemble of players INJURY-FREE? Is it the training intensity and methods? Can't be the fixture schedule because we had the same problem last season without European competitions. With the exception of Vardy, I can't even put it down to age. This is the youngest squad we have seen in years, brimming with quality, and should be in the fitness of their lives. Unbelievably bad luck with injuries, yes, but there has to be a reason for this. Especially when you compare our dire straits against Arsenal, who are have a virtually-full squad primed for action. It might be something to do with a certain pandemic and a busy than normal schedule. Just luck imo ACLs in particular are just luck.
trabuch Posted 28 February 2021 Posted 28 February 2021 Come on Leicester! There's a point to be had here. 2 2
fox_up_north Posted 28 February 2021 Posted 28 February 2021 while it's been an abysmal watch after the first 5 minutes, our injury list is pretty awful. if you offered me 6th and a proper pre season, I'd take it.

AyewJoking Posted 28 February 2021 Posted 28 February 2021 I hate this. Go sideways and backwards then show a bit of desperation with 5 minutes left.
The People's Hero Posted 28 February 2021 Posted 28 February 2021 Arsenal doing what we did now. See if we can get a goal and make them panic

I think Rodgers has had to change the set up to make up for all the absences. The way we’ve played last few games completely on the back foot says its more tactical than physical, we looked exactly the same after the 3 month break last season.
RowlattsFox Posted 28 February 2021 Posted 28 February 2021 C'mon boys just show a bit if fight in this last half hour. Whether we lose it not, finish strongly. However we look tired, low on confidence and feeling sorry for ourselves.
ozvaldo Posted 28 February 2021 Posted 28 February 2021 Top goalscorer is out now. Current No.9’s main asset has gone. Playmaker’s out. Everyone’s dropping and we didn’t bring in a replacement Head Physio. There’s literally no intensity. It’s looking grim.

sdb Posted 28 February 2021 Posted 28 February 2021 Sorry but looking forward I see absolutely zero positives here. This game is gone and the next few weeks will be defenders and reserves. 1
Tazfox Posted 28 February 2021 Posted 28 February 2021 Just feel like as soon as we go behind we honestly never look like getting back in to games. So easy to defend against when we have to chase a game

StanSP Posted 28 February 2021 Posted 28 February 2021 Now would be a great time for another 3-3 epic comeback against Arsenal 1

Sly Posted 28 February 2021 Posted 28 February 2021 We've got to be realistic here. We've been decimated by injuries. We're at the point where we could have actually done with Demari Gray and Slimani. We'll be looking at the likes of Pennent, Reghba, Leshebela and Tavares to step up soon. This injury crisis is worse than last season, we've never been at a place where we've put our best 11 on the pitch. 4
Corky Posted 28 February 2021 Posted 28 February 2021 And now I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles plays on the fake crowd noise. 4
