Expected a hammering. 

It wasn't in terms of scoreline thanks to Kasper. 

 

Disappointed with how wasteful we were in the final third. 

 

Youri did nothing when he was on. Same with Kelechi.

 

Maddison probably the other stand out though as he tried to create as much as he could. 

 

Didn't expect to win, disappointed we couldn't threaten more to score. Bonus it wasn't a confidence-shattering thrashing. But that's scant consolation really. 

Have to win against West Ham on Sunday to get some confidence back.

Allison Becker could have done his VAT return for most of that 90 minutes.

We’re still wank, but at least we were wank with a bit more spunk.

 

We didn’t get completely dicked, although I think that was largely down to Kasper’s giant balls. It could easily have been harder pumping, really.

Wasn’t a hammering, but it was damage limitation. 
 

Liverpool didn’t need to get out of first gear. We were somehow still in the game and just waited for them to finish us off.

It's some sort of reaction, we didn't roll over we didn't go down with a whimper like we have so often this season. We just weren't good enough. Shows me the players still care and that matters most to me.
