I still believe an injury free Vardy, can bring the goals & performances..

We need, Daka & Soumare to step up…

Nacho depends on his future like Soumare. They will need to be coached & others

to pass into the system tactics the manager chooses to develope…

We saw too many individual performances hold us together, our midfield & forwards have to sync together, a lot better than this season.

I have used chronic injuries has major mitigating circumstances…those now have to be pushed to the side. Our squad whoever those top 14-16 players might end up to be, have to smoothly fit into the devoloping Leicester-Team ethos ( whatever that is)..Young Talent has to be developed from the acedemy, far better than this far.

We have done well & 2-3 have progressed, but ones we expected..

I would like each season see 2-4 names, at least being given 1st choice time, from bench at least, and those showing real potential.Motivated Academy players, keep them & squad members interested. We need players shouting..‘ look at me‘ and not just going through the daily grind . The club has to higher standards of what

Acedemy are producing on the older players..Manager has to be given a mandate

that club expect growth expectations…

Most importantly, I want my team to be mostly entertaining..And turgid, bland football become less..ß

A good start would be a season where the opposition are no longer happy to let us have the ball, or as Brendan calls it "controlling the game". That should see us competing for a top 6 finish.

Speaks volumes of someone's mentality in life when they see a question of 'what does success look like?' and their first response is 'what does failure look like?'

So for me there’s the following.

Success - in football in my opinion is winning something. So last season was a success because we won the FA cup, this season we’ve had some success because we won the charity shield (tongue in cheek joke). I don’t attribute success to finishing in the top four.

This season hasn’t been a success, but we have achieved something. We’ve achieved a ECL semi final, and that’s probably that.

Achievements and successes are different things for me, and your targets may be to have success but you may not manage those things. You then need to ask how realistic were  those targets? I’d say for us achieving a top 6 finish is a realistic target, aiming at success in a domestic trophy, last season.

So we have achieved something, but the season hasn’t been a success. There’s learning to take away from it and now we need to reassess the targets for next season and how to hit them.

Being around 4th-7th holding off the likes of West Ham, Wolves and wildcard Newcastle plus a League Cup final.

God how depressing to think qualifying for the Conference League qualifiers in 12 months time is success when we just lost in the semi final

I think 6th-7th and a good run in the League or FA Cup.

Arsenal spent around £150mil last summer and likely will again. Who knows what Newcastle will spend:

Reality is we are going to struggle to compete financially when we have to take 15% off our wage bill to revenue over the next 2 seasons, especially without European money coming in.

Only have to take that off our wage bill if we qualify for Europe and by doing so will cover that largely anyway.

Qualifying for Europe has to be our aim from now on. Winning a cup and long cup runs is a hard one to judge on.
If we play Liverpool and Man City away, who both go full strength in the first round this is taken out of our control.
If else see a repeat of this years FA Cup it would be seen as a failing.

For us, our target has to be being the best of the rest, to get into the top 6 (maybe 7 with Newcastle and their money) we need one or more teams in the elite group to have a season they would see as a failure.

We need to cement ourselves above West Ham, Wolves etc as the next best and be ready to pounce if and when those elite clubs falter.

We really should be aiming to qualify for the Europa if not the champions league. We’ve fallen off the wagon this seAson but we can get back on it!

Qualify for Europe.

Good cups runs.

Top 4 is out of the question imo. Relegation is a ridiculous suggestion.

We need to recruit new defensive/goal-keeping Coaches.  BR needs fresh ideas and help him to sort this mess out.  This will enhance our chances of a better season.  Smalling looked like VVD the other night.
