Great to see a CB go in for tackles and be relatively comfortable in the knowledge he's almost certainly not going to do something ****ing daft which has felt like par for the course over the last 18 months.

He's had a brilliant start for us all told.

Would like to know if he was a Rodgers signing or Rudkins

I don't think Rodgers signed him or we would know about it.

It'll be interesting to see how he deals with Haaland.

Fantastic yet again today. He is so composed in possession and rarely panics.

That’s a difficult one. If he lunges in then he/we may be in trouble. Harland is so quick and powerful and makes clever runs. I think the only way to play Harland is to defend forward and get in quick and close or if he gets a run on you try and show him down the outside and keep up. It’s likely he will find it difficult like everyone has so far but he is as well equipped as anyone to do well bar the likes of VVD and his own defensive team mates. Wout seems to have a good footballing head on his shoulders and is very competitive. Will be a very interesting duel. I know it’s going to be a very difficult game but can’t wait all the same.

This signing has made me believe there's life in this dog yet. He's been terrific bar Bournemouth.

Ironic that in Soyuncu's first season, it was also Bournemouth where he had a stinker!!

It was good to see even after Vardy's goal (?), he was shouting and geeing up his team mates after the celebration. Bloody refreshing to see someone in the team being vocal. Look forward to seeing what he's like once he's properly got his feet under the table.

He's turned out to be a great signing so far, although it is still early doors he has all the attributes to be the future captain.  He will have a few stinkers and make the odd mistake, but anyone who can help keep clean sheets playing alongside Big Dan deserves praise.
