I very much doubt a top club will come in for him. Had a good couple of games when he first signed but has been average ever since, very overrated by our fanbase.

Agreed, I expect he is looking after himself, has been outspoken in the past under BR about performances etc, I dont mind him he has good and bad days, i think a stint in the Championship would be good for him and us if he stayed.

Let's not take the piss here, plenty of them are hence us finishing 5th twice and winning the FA Cup. As much as Brendan would have people think it, that wasn't all Rodgers getting a load of slobs punching out the stratosphere for 2 years and then they returned to their natural level.

 

Some of them aren't good enough and we're perhaps protected by a team that was very effective and some recent signings nowhere near the level but as angry as I am about some of these shithouses, they'll get moves to top clubs and hopefully we'll get half decent fees along the way.

If we can keep Iheanacho for Maresca, I feel very confident for next season. Get some Man City youth like Palmer and Borges in on loan, sign some midfielders and a right back who drinks milk, and we are good to go.

the championship sure has changed since we were let here. 

 

Sunderland signing a 19 yr old striker from benfica. No longer the same old names switching clubs.  (look to be doing some good business as well) 

 

This season is going to be so interesting for a neutral. So many big clubs really pushing to go up. Coventry must be absolutely distraught they missed their shot as the league just got a lot harder.
