Actually think he's a more natural shot stopper. Bit like a Kasper Ederson hybrid.

Couldn't agree more.

Ederson is a great keeper because he's the best in the air, the best with the ball at his feet and among the best in 1 on 1s. However his reflexes and diving technique have always been his weakness. Thankfully for Man City they don't face many shots so a lot of people don't notice this.

Mads would have been an incredible signing if we stayed up, so for us to have managed it in this league is astronomical, really.

Less of playing out from the back and this guys mustard

That's literally the whole point of him.

That's like asking for Vards to run in behind less or Wilf to tackle less.

Seriously impressed with him. His distribution is obviously rare but that isn't to make up for not being a good shot stopper, he's very good at that too. Excited to see how good he is going to be. There will be huge interest in him.

Best keeper outside the Premiership imo.

Just oozes confidence

I can’t see how we hold onto him for more than one season even if we go up, this guy looks better than pretty much any keeper in the prem outside Man City, Liverpool and Arsenal.

This guy is absolute mustard. He's genuinely good enough to play outfield, whilst his actually keeping worm is excellent also. Comes out early to claim crosses and a great shot stopper.

Added to that, I bet he absolutely cleans up on a Saturday night out in town.

Love the times he is actually infront of some of our defenders.

He can go long as well, his ball to McAteer was unreal and put him in a one on one situation.

Seems very level headed too.

I reckon we all know he’s got a couple of clangers in him, but the difference his football made tonight was simply huge.

Not many keepers don't, especially when you play a risk reward style.

We will concede from mistakes (like Southampton) but we have to keep playing this way.

His reaction save tonight just proved why he ranked 2nd for successful reaction saves in last season’s Danish Superliga.

That along with his distribution is absolutely top notch.

A terrific find, fingers crossed we see more signings from Scandinavia in upcoming transfer windows.
