A lot of people said that about Mahrez TBF He's more of a technical player with a game more suited to that league where there's fewer tackles flying in. He's a decent player, the strike against Birmingham and that banger for Turkey show that, just a case of whether he's given enough game time to prove it. 1

Players have to face the PL first then they can be fairly judged after ca a couple of seasons…..to be fair. Even top managers/coaches drop their stitches sometimes. I have no idea as yet,how his future will run..
WigstonWanderer Posted 13 February 2024 Posted 13 February 2024 I assume we’re not intending to keep him on after this season? 1
ClaphamFox Posted 16 February 2024 Posted 16 February 2024 Apparently Yunus would have to start 25 games for the obligation to buy him to be triggered. He's only started eight so far so that's clearly not going to happen. However, if the obligation isn't triggered we of course will still have the option to try to sign him at a lower fee if we see any potential in him... https://sportwitness.co.uk/miracle-needed-automatically-trigger-leicester-city-transfer-foxes-get-e1m-discount-doesnt/ 1

It's not a mystery, there's no conspiracy. It was always going to be a big ask for a guy who isn't particularly big, strong or fast to come in to English football and thrive. He might have a lot more technical ability than McAteer but Mcateer is a significantly better athlete and covers a lot of ground defensively. 4
Lambert09 Posted 17 February 2024 Posted 17 February 2024 it’s time for this man to make himself a hero! 1
SecretPro Posted 17 February 2024 Posted 17 February 2024 Game is crying out for him. Should have been a solid starter weeks ago but clearly Top is skint.

frany104 Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 I really like him. Has got loads of ability and just needs some work honing his skills. He offer creative and work rate. We miss his type of player and I would definitely be looking to use him more often. 3
FosseSpark Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 absolute honking miss clean through at the end. not great for an international 1
James_lcfc Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 So much industry and he does have a bit of quality. Surely he should be playing regularly in that #8 role at the moment?? 1
lcfcdamo Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 100% should be starting 1 million percent actually offers alot even if hos finishing isn't great 1
westernpark Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 Very good footballer who needs to play more, makes things happen. Progresses the ball well in the final third. 1
funkyrobot Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 Got into some great positions, really worked hard, just a shame he couldn’t hit a donkey’s arse with a banjo tonight. I really like the lad. I think he’s gonna be another Lookman tho. He’ll end up ripping it up elsewhere 🥺

Personally would have Ricardo next to KDH and Hamza in the "Ricardo" role But Yunus definitely needs to be a lot more involved in the rest of the season 2
martyn Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 Tonight evidenced what Galatasaray fans were saying about him, there is a lot to like, until the end product. His attitude and effort are spot on. 2
FoxesWalk Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 He put in an unbelievable shift today, never stopped chasing even when clearly suffering with cramp, regularly being frustrated by fouls, misses, poor refereeing and generally being isolated. Missed a big chance, sure, but he worked harder in this single game for the shirt that certain players have in their entire Leicester careers… and one of those was playing next to him. 2
Blanchflower78 Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 Liked what I saw tonight. Final ball/shot yes needed work but gave a great performance out there. 1
lcfc_forever Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 Very skilful but just needs that composure. 1
Nalis Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 There is a lot to like about him, tries to make something happen all the time even if his finishing isnt up there. 3
foxes_rule1978 Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 Looks an intelligent skilful player for sure, just wish he could finish
supernuk Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 Great performance.. Great potential.. Would be a great impact sub in the Premier league
